This was the second time we have stayed in this unit and both times have been wonderful. The unit was clean and provides easy access to the beach as well as the many on property attractions.

Very easy check in and all the information you’ll need provided. There is a hidden 10 a night parking fee charged by the resort. Not bad but was a surprise. Condo itself was very nice, clean, and stocked with some essentials/plenty of towels. If you plan on using dishwasher or going through more than a couple garbage bags you’ll need to buy pods/trash bags. Walmart is right across the street though. The resort had plenty of anmenities, right on the beach and even a pizza place in the building. One elevator was working in building so that would take a while sometimes. Especially if there was a group before you then it may be 5 minutes. Overall the condo and stay was very nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay , carpet is bit dirty and if the host could provide a couple of more garbage bags that would be great. overall no complaints

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a GREAT time. Gathered with other family members who rented RVs at the next door camp ground. Easy access to beach and view of camp ground swimming pool. The campground had live music for 3 nights, and you can listen from your balcony. Short walk to beach.

Let me start by saying, it wasn’t bad. But it wasn’t good either.This condo needs a few things. For starters, the carpet in the living room is gross. The curtains are as well. The majority of the furniture is super uncomfortable too.My kids preferred to sleep on the floor or couch instead of the bunk because they were uncomfortable and super loud.The bed in the main/master bedroom isn’t great either. It’s insanely tall. Like I had to climb into it. It went past my hip. I’m 5ft4in. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable either.When we booked, the listing stated parking was 5/day. It ended up being 10/day. False advertising. The money isn’t the issue, just have it listed correctly. When I contacted to get the lower rate I was told no and that it was a “glitch” on VRBO’s end. So I contacted VRBO who confirmed it wasn’t a glitch and was just a typo/host issue. Things I did like: the resort itself is nice. Lots of pools to choose from. Close to activities but not in downtown Myrtle beach. Check in and out were easy. Would I stay here again, no I would not. Not in this condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here several times. Excellent location and amenities, but could use extra sets of towels/washcloths and more floats at the lazy river. Last year there were plenty of these things but I had to do laundry daily this stay. HOA also had some last minute electrical work scheduled during this busy season which also closed pools until complete which was frustrating. Wifi did not work well either.

So the property is exactly as described!! You have many different pool options and a very easy access to the beach! The condo we stayed in was very nice! We only had a few complaints! The bunkbeds were super squeaky and uncomfortable and the bottom one was pretty much on the ground! Tge condo hadn't been mopped and there were alot of stains on the curtains and carpet and the light/fan fixture didn’t work in the dining room. We informed the Host and he offered to have someone come out and fix it! He was very easily reached and responded quickly, respectfully and kind! Any needs we had he tried his best to accommodate! We even extended our stay! Even with the very minor problems we had an amazing time and would recommend any family to come stay @427 !!! You have a nice view of the ocean and any day at the beach is just a blessing!! Thanks Myrtle Beach Resort!!
