Gulf Front Master Bedroom in one of the top-renting floor plans in Tidewater Resort. The unit features new floors and furniture throughout as well as a freshly painted interior and balcony. Resort amenities include multiple pools, a fitness center, hot tubs, a theater, a sauna, and on-site dining options. Pier Park, with its wide range of restaurants and shops, is within walking distance. If you're looking for an amazing getaway, you just found it!
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Welcome to your dream getaway at Tidewater Resort – stylish, comfortable, and ideally located! This beautifully appointed unit boasts one of the most sought-after floor plans in the resort. It’s rare "L" floor plan includes a large balcony accessible from both the master bedroom and living area. The bunk area is tucked away for privacy, with a bathroom adjacent, offering a layout that ensures maximum privacy for all guests. With direct Gulf views from both the master bedroom and living area, you'll wake up to breathtaking sights and fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves. Tidewater Resort provides breathtaking panoramic views of both the eastern and western horizons, allowing for stunning sunrises and sunsets.
This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom, opens to balcony (sleeps 2)
Bunk room with twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 2)
Living Room: Sleeper sofa that sleeps 2, flat screen TV, Gulf front balcony
Two full bathrooms, each adjacent to a sleeping area, for maximum convenience.
Large balcony with Gulf views accessible from both the master bedroom and living area.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Parking:
All guests must pre-register with the resort! Preregistering means wristbands are programmed and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the Tidewater registration desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass. You’ll find this registration desk just inside the walkway doors, on the second floor.
The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit and 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit. Cost for such passes is listed below.
Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Tidewater registration desk, located right inside the doors from the crosswalk. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed.
Parking restrictions: No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner’s/renter’s expense.
Amenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Tidewater registration desk, located on the 2nd floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property.
Fees for these wristbands vary, depending upon when you register. This fee includes the aforementioned parking permits. PREREGISTRATION FEES (preregister must occur more than 24 hours in advance of arrival): about $40 + tax for a 1-bedroom unit. LATE REGISTRATION FEES: about $50 + tax for a 1-bedroom unit.

Tidewater’s onsite amenities include two outdoor pools (not heated) overlooking the Gulf, one heated indoor pool, two spa whirlpools, a fitness center, steam room, and sauna. Guests are within walking distance of Pier Park, featuring more than 100 shops, restaurants, and attractions — including The Grand IMAX Theater and Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show. Frank Brown Park, just a short drive away, offers more than 200 acres of sports fields, playgrounds, and walking trails.
Other details to note:
Proper ID wristbands are required to be worn at all times while on Tidewater Resort property. The replacement fee for each lost or stolen wristband is $25 plus tax.
All guests must use the Walkover, as instructed by the Project Manager, for the Front Beach Road project.
Trash chutes cannot be stuffed with cardboard boxes or other forms of large debris. Prior to disposal in the chutes, please bag any trash. All large items in need of disposal must be taken off site. Violators who are caught dumping trash inappropriately may be fined by the association and/or reported to local law enforcement.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
