The main living room has a queen sleeper sofa, armchairs, and a 65” TV. An adjacent game room has a pool table, jukebox, and four arcade game systems.

Under the staircase is a kid-friendly reading nook, affectionately called the “Harry Potter Room.” Take a book from the nearby shelf and curl up with a hot chocolate -- this cozy area has bean-bag seating for two.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy breakfast at the large peninsula countertop with seating for five. A long table behind the sofa has additional bar seating for three, and the dining table is set for six.

Downstairs, the wet bar has a full-size fridge, sink, and cupboards stocked with plasticware -- ideal for game room activities.

Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, chaise lounge chair, 55” TV, and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bath is fitted with a walk-in shower.

Nearby, the second bedroom has a king bed. The adjacent guest bath has a tub/shower combination.

Downstairs, the third guest bedroom offers a king bed, 55” TV, and ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom is ideal for kids, with a 33” TV and two sets of triple twin bunk beds, sleeping six. A guest bath is configured with a walk-in shower.

The fully enclosed, private backyard features a pool and plenty of space to lounge in the sun. Outdoor furnishings include two loungers and a sectional.

Hop on the provided bikes are cruise 3 minutes to the Mala Compra MTB Trail that meanders through several different Florida habitats.
