The place was perfect. Had plenty of space and everything we needed. Quiet, clean, & has a good layout. Host was great and had wonderful communication. Definitely will be back.

Great location, close to many amenities and attractions but secluded enough to enjoy some quiet time. Building was well kept, clean and nice. Enjoyed having access to the gym 24hrs. Did not get to enjoy the pool but it did look relaxing. Property is nicely maintained as is the apartment. One note, because it is more of an apartment than hotel, there are no luggage carts. Something to keep in mind if you are traveling with a lot of bags. As a couple, it was nice to have 2 bathrooms as it helps getting ready quicker. Kitchen was well stocked, enjoyed being able to have breakfast at our own pace. Would definitely be back

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival that evening, I noticed some spiders inside the home which were on the bed, which made the space feel unclean and uncomfortable. Additionally, there were visible stains on the bed linens, which raised concerns about overall cleanliness and hygiene.While the location and layout of the property may have potential, the lack of proper cleaning and upkeep significantly impacted my stay.I hope improvements are made, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Other than minor things as light switches that didn't operate and getting stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes in the excessive heat (I panicked after the door wouldn't open and no one could pry it. Finally after it was opened the stress actually exhausted me for the entire day), it was enjoyable. As well, the power was out for the entire complex for about 2 hours one day and my handicapped wife could not go to the parks because the elevator was not functional but for the price it was ok. The host was impossible to reach post check-in which was a bit frustrating but we managed to endure through the week. Not great. Not terrible. Just what you'd unfortunately, commonly expect.

I want to start with, the unit was extremely clean and the host was extremely responsive. However when we booked the listing had several discrepancies, making it difficult to find as accommodating. It’s a king bed, queen and twin bed, so realistically sleeps 5, not 6. Also, there’s only one parking permit, meaning any other vehicles are required to park in a “visitor” lot out side of the secured area, in a parking lot that doesn’t have the best observable security. The office isn’t open weekends & only from 10-4 on week days so asking if you could park without being towed, wasn’t an option. Even though at the time the listing said there were 2 permits. It’s about a 20 minute drive to the parks, so it is close & convenient. It’s on a 3rd floor and the elevator didn’t work during our stay, so keep that in mind, I’m not sure how often it’s maintenanced. Truly, we enjoyed the stay though, despite the discrepancies, the unit was nice and clean, and had a washer/dryer and fridge. It’s dated, you can tell by appliances and fixtures, but if you’re not spending time other than evenings and mornings there, it’s pretty good.

Sheets were stained, half the lights in the apartment didn’t work, cheapest furniture anyone could buy. But it was a roof over our head and air conditioning worked good.
