Wonderful! The location is private, across the street there is a beach club that is exclusive for the property and you can order from the restaurant. The apartment has a wonderful shower (for me is key) and is comfortable.

A little bit of paradise

The place is wonderful for a couple. It’s spacious, has all the necessities for staying by the beach, and a generous Jacuzzi. The property is beautiful with well manicured gardens, three pools and steps away from the beach. The owner is very attentive and responsive to your concerns. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A 10 minute drive will have you in the heart of the las Terrenas bustling center of town. I recommend this place highly and will be sure to return in the future.

Fantastic experience

No lo recomendaria

Super decepcionada del lugar. Cuando llegamos al condo tenia un olor extraño, como a humedo o nose, nada placentero. Alquilamos aqui por dos noches y solo lo usamos para dormir. El lugar esta super bonito pero en cuanto a la limpieza no mucho, el closet lleno de termitas, el sofa cama estaba sucio y la sabana tenia un polvo amarillo. La manana del check out queriamos usar el jacuzzi y no pudimos por unos gusanitos que tenia dentro. no me quiero imaginar que hubiese pasado si hubieramos usado el jacuzzi en la noche que dichos bichos no se ven en la oscuridad. Otra cosa deberian incluir la electricidad ya que es medio caotico cuando uno esta de vacaciones y despues de reservar hacer el pago, lo cual me parecio un poco costoso cuando usamos la propiedad solo en la noche. (por dos noches) En cuanto al check in todo el personal muy amable y muy servicial.

Beautiful Apartment

Check in was a very easy and quick. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and with the right amount of amenities in the kitchen for a comfortable stay. The Staff of Balcones del Atlantico were always very friendly and very helpful. Will definitely come back in the future.

Fantastic place!!!

Walking into our main floor condo we were thrilled to see that the pictures well represented this lovely condo. This beach themed unit had quality linens and a well appointed kitchen. The outside covered deck was beautiful with comfortable furniture and a jacuzzi! Annerys, the owner, was accessible and replied to emails immediately. All staff were friendly and welcoming with a special thank you to Miguel and Wendy. Miguel, our concierge, arranged a whale tour with Payano Tours for us, highly recommended. The grounds were stunning including the pool areas. Pools were quiet, clean and plenty of loungers available. A soft white sand beach is just across the road with endless walking in either direction. Afterwards Porto & El Mosquito both have gorgeous views for a drink. Porto has a diverse food menu however it is a bit pricier than town. Easy 30 minute walk to town on sidewalk (watch your step) or enjoy a barefoot walk on the beach into LT. Groceries were easy to buy at either Pola or Lindo. We preferred Pola for a wider selection. A round trip in a cab cost $20 with the cab waiting while you shop. For the more adventurous, a motoconcho ride or Guagua costs much less. For smaller items the numerous Mini marts are well stocked. Banks are easily found for money exchange, remember to bring your passport. LT has many wonderful restaurants, from a diversity of cultures, at all price ranges. For a delicious breakfast or lunch try Zubr - great food and Czech beers. For lunch or dinner Tres Caravelle won’t disappoint - home made Mama Juana for dessert! Tio Bello for Italian was also a highlight. And, if you enjoy pizza, the choices are endless!

Great apartment, fully recommend it.

Very nice, clean, well decorated apartment. The facilities are beautiful and the pols are excellent. Safe, and comfortable. Superb beach.

Nice apartment, comfortable, close to beach and just steps to the pool

The owner was very responsive and quickly answered our questions prior to arrival addressed the few issues we had while we were there. Overall a very nice complex and beautiful grounds.

SO Good!!!

We really just loved staying in Annerys' unit at Balconnes de Atlantico!! The unit is perfectly situated near the pool, and a very short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. It was well appointed with everything you could.need. The bed ws comfortable, everything worked very well, the Kitchen was extremely functional. It is just such a terrific property overall in.how.it feels.to.be staying at this unit! We can't say enough about the staff, on all levels everyone was friendly and nice to talk to. We felt safe and we'll looked after. The beach in the area of the resort is more than beautiful, and we loved the whole area of Las Terrenas. We truly do already miss our two weeks there and can't wait to plan another stay. Thank you Annerys, for.having us at Balconnes de Atlantico! Republic Dominicana!

Beautiful Stay!

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. There were a couple of minor issues when we first checked in and they were immediately addressed. The owners were very responsive and Wendy, the local contact and cleaner was very helpful and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The Jacuzzi was a welcome amenity after our kite boarding lessons and the beautiful beach (and cool restaurant/terrace....) is a very short walk away.
