This spacious, 3-level town home sleeps 6-8 very comfortably and privately with a contemporary decor. The master suite, located on the top level, contains a king-size bed and a private bath with a large shower. The main level consists of the living room w/gas fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room. A large, private deck, complete with a 6-person hot tub completes this level. The lower level has a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and a private bath. This level has another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bath. This level also contains the laundry facilities.

This townhome comes with a 1-car garage, outfitted with garage door opener and ski storage.

The attractive, modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils and dinnerware.

The Village Point Townhomes are located on Broken Lance Drive, near the south end of town. They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a 7 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift, and a 5 minute. walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. Amazing place in perfect location

It was amazing staying at this condo! It was located about a 10min walk from the center of town as well as the ski lift. Everything was extremely clean in the condo. All of the necessities from cooking equipment to towels were provided. The hot tub was very relaxing at the end of the ski day. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Breckenridge.

Decent and fair value accomodations

Accommodations were just a short walk to Peak 9 lifts in Breck. And as such, also a short walk to Breck village around Maggie Pond.

Rooms were fine, with plenty of blankets and towels for our group of 4.

Plenty of kitchen plates/bowls/pots and pans for cooking. No existing basic supplies other than a slat and pepper shaker so bring everything.

Garage was large enough for SUV with space to spare. Hot tub was definitely large enough for our 4.

Outside decks were covered in snow though as if they had not been cleared all season.

Would consider staying again if we return to Breck with a similar sized group.

Nice place!

We enjoyed staying at Village Point. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and the place was well-furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Take your own laundry detergent and coffee. The beds are comfortable, the TVs worked fine. It is a great location which allowed us to walk to town in a few minutes. The hot tub was perfect. The stairs my be an issue for elderly folks. Overall, nice and very comfortable. Breck is great for families.

Wonderful 2 months!

We lived here for 2 months to enjoy Breck! This is a great place with plenty of space for everyone. Loved the 4 TV's, hot tub on deck and how quiet the area was. Walk was not too bad to mountain and shuttle bus dropped us off at the end of the road by the unit. Very easy to get around and not need a car. Kitchen is well stocked and spacious, gas fire place was handy as was in unit laundry. This is more than a condo as it has lots of places to "go" inside". We found it a perfect location while we were there.
