The master suite, located on the top level, contains a king-size bed and a private bath with a large shower. The main level consists of the living room w/gas fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room. A large, private deck, complete with a 6-person hot tub completes this level. The lower level has a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and a private bath. This level has another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bath. This level also contains the laundry facilities.

This townhome comes with a 1-car garage, outfitted with garage door opener and ski storage.

The attractive, modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils and dinnerware.

The Village Point Townhomes are located on Broken Lance Drive, near the south end of town. They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a 7 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift, and a 5 minute. walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. The free shuttle bus stops at the entrance to Village Point.
