We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do during our vacation.The space was well maintained and provided a great place to relax after a busy day. Communication with the host was easy and everything about the stay went smoothly.We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Location was great for us, near everything we wanted. Our main issue was the construction and having the roads and parking blocked off.

The condo itself is nice. The furnishings are dated and the linens supplied for the Murphy bed smelled and were very worn. The walk to the beach was longer than the five minutes stated in the description as well

The unit was clean and nice that was all! The washer didn’t period and it was hard to get ahold of anyone when we finally did it was a excuse and will see what we can do.Having to go to laundromat cause the machines down stairs were old and rusty. They told use they were going to have new one soon it shows up on tue then they bring it in and it’s wrong won’t fit! The whole issue was a headache. The parking spaces didnt have no numbers on them so you didn’t know if you got someone else spot! There was mold on the ceiling and was not very happy with the way the washer issue was handled.

Perfect for a family of four!

Check in was very easy. Had a toilet issue and it was fixed immediately. The murphy bed was perfect for the kids. The king size bed was very comfortable. Place was very quiet and free beach access was a very short drive! Definitely would stay again!

1 month stay on Seista Key

Unit very dated ! Code to get in door took some time to work at times. Smoke alarm went off time to time including middle of night! Beach chairs were broke . Silverware weren’t clean and drawer was dirty. Unit was close to elevator which made an awful noise. Bathroom curtain had mold and grout chipping off wall. Cable stopped working for 3 days. I don’t think blankets and bedspread weren’t washed. Fob to get into pool didn’t work. Lucky for us one gate was broke and we could get in.half of toaster didn’t work.

As a property manager I find it very upsetting to not be given the opportunity to address these issues during your stay. I will remind you of your responsibility as a guest based on the VRA that you signed to report issues to us so that we may correct. Many of these things are very simply fixes and we have addressed. Building issues like elevators, pool fobs and gates are also reportable and now that you have reported these, we have notified the building HOA. Complaining after the fact is way uncool. Pinkie:)))

Perfect location for our needs for the week, clean efficient with enough space for us. Parking area was being worked on and where we were to park was unclear because of the work being done. But we managed to figure it out and didn't have any trouble finding a parking spot. One thing that would have been helpful was to know that it was that Bay Oakes was the name of the complex where we were staying. No where had I read that in the information provided, but once we figured that out initially we were fine after that. Convenient access to everywhere we wanted to go.
