We would like to clarify this situation. You arrived approximately three hours before the official check-in time. This was also communicated to us in an inappropriate tone, with a request for immediate access. Despite this, we made an effort to accommodate you by providing a temporary code so you could access the unit early at no additional charge. However, because of the early entry, we had not yet completed our final inspection to ensure everything was functioning properly, such as the toilet. The garbage bins are placed in designated areas within the parking lot, which is standard for the community and allows for easy access. The issue with the entry code occurred because you arrived before the official check-in time. The temporary code was entered incorrectly multiple times, which we can see in the system, and this caused the lock to disable. For this reason, we decided to personally deliver a physical key to ensure you would not experience further access issues—this was still before the official check-in time. We always do our best to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay and try to be flexible with early check-in whenever possible. However, the tone of communication in this situation was not acceptable to us, as we believe mutual respect is essential between guests and hosts.
