Tucked into a quiet, private setting in Provincetown's West End, this 2,750 square foot architectural home boasts endless views, modern style, and effortless living.

Fully refreshed in 2025 with all-new furnishings from Restoration Hardware, Thuma, Blu Dot and Helix (mattresses), this home sleeps 8 across four bright bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own king bed, generous closet space, and a dedicated desk -- ideal for groups that want real privacy, extended families traveling together, or anybody extending their stay with remote workdays built in.

Central air conditioning throughout -- not a window unit in sight.
2-car garage plus one additional driveway spot -- a rare find in Provincetown.
Four king beds, one per bedroom, each with a private desk and ample closet space.
Open-concept living and dining with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking protected Cape Cod National Seashore conservation land.
Chef-ready kitchen with new appliances, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and an outdoor grill for easy entertaining.
In-home laundry room and abundant storage for longer stays.
Managed by a 15+ year Outer Cape hospitality team who personally selected every finish in the home.

**As of January 2026, we are aware of active home construction on a neighboring property. Given the orientation of our home and location of the build site, construction is not directly visible from interior or exterior common areas. One lower level bedroom has a small window which faces in the direction of the build site. Working hours generally fall between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, although Saturday work is possible.**

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this lovely property. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen and living areas are lovely, and the balconies have superb views across the trees and dunes. It’s a peaceful and beautiful location, yet within easy reach of the bars and restaurants of Commercial Street. Last but not least, our hosts Richard and his husband were absolutely superb: really helpful, responsive, and inviting. Thanks for a 10/10 stay!

House matched the description on VBRO. Host was very responsive. When the air broke, it was fixed the same evening . There was a little construction noise in the morning, but that was out of everyone's control
