Casa Rubina is an elegant and charming villa, secluded yet accessible. It is easily reached from Esperanza or the north coast via paved roads. On the very private, gated property, you’re surrounded by nature, and you'll fall asleep to the songs of the tree frogs and wake to the music of the birds.
The interior of the house includes the living room which is open to the eating area and the recently remodeled kitchen. Walls of windows overlook stunning views of hills, forest, Sun Bay and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The windowed hall/gallery leads to two bedrooms with jack-and-jill bath and ends at the large master bedroom with en suite bath. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have direct access to the pool area via doors to the outside. All 3 bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans.
In addition to the pool, the outdoor living spaces include a wet bar, dining pavilion, and a gas grill cooking area. Steps down from the pool level is a wooden deck which is ideal for meditation or quiet encounters. Farther down the hill, rolling lawns are dotted with ancient trees. There's lots of room for games or an evening stroll and perhaps to pick bananas, mangos, papayas, guavas, limes or other tropical fruits on the two-acre property. Stay up late and be amazed by the stunning star display of the Milky Way and search for the Southern Cross. Dark skies make for phenomenal star gazing!
