Property located in the historical area of New Braunfels, blocks from Downtown, Landa Park, Approximately 7 mins to Schlitterbahn, 5.9 miles from Gruene Hall, 35 mins from San Antonio and easily access to I35. Fully furnished, TVs in almost every rooms, Central H/A, W/D, yard and much more.
FYI..there is a functional train track behind privacy fence, is a No Horn Zone.
The space Master Bedroom has king size bed with couch/futon. Futon folds out and can sleep 2. Master bathroom with walk-in shower and bear claw tub and walk-in closet. The Guest Bedroom has Queen size bed with closet.
Full guest bathroom with walk-in shower.
Living room has sleeper sofa.
Full size kitchen with Coffee bar.
Complimentary coffee/snacks.
Guest access
Entry to property is via combination lock.
Other things to note
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS or SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED.
NO SMOKING inside house.
Please! If you smoke outside please dispose cigarette butts in trash bin NOT in yard.
NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS, NO LOUD MUSIC, quiet time after 10pm, please be mindful of neighbors .. Thank you.

The house was perfect for a girls weekend. Had everything we needed including super comfy beds and was close to downtown. Will definitely stay again!

The house was EXTREMELY clean and comfortable! The interior of the home is so fresh and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable! Our host was accommodating and made our stay all the better. The location is really ideal and is in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family. Lots of great amenities as well. We would stay here again 10/10!

The house was clean and in a great location! Home is super cute and nicely renovated, just like the pictures show. Host was friendly and helped get us checked in quickly. If renting for 6 adults to sleep, suggest bringing an air mattress or plan to have someone sleep on the couch in the bedroom. I had a group of 5 so it was not an issue, but the pullout couch in the living room would be tight for 2 adults to share. Everyone said the beds were very cozy

Possibly the nicest house I've ever rented for a getaway. The photos don't do it justice! It was spotless and gorgeous. Highly recommend and I'd definitely stay there again.

Oh my gosh, WOW! Hands-down this was the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. The house is even bigger than the pictures show and the layout is absolutely beautiful. It is so incredibly homey, comfortable, inviting and most of all pure relaxation from the second. You walk through the door. My goodness can we talk about the bed. It was unbelievable comfortable, and the shower was hands-down the absolute best. Yolanda truly left no stone unturned she thought of absolutely everything down to the extra bedding, coffee, TP and top-notch appliances. It was all there. To top it all off, the location is unbeatable. You’re so close to amazing downtown eateries, fun bars, and an absolute beautiful town of Gruene. 10 out of 10. Do not hesitate to book this place. You will love it. thank you Yolanda.
