Grand appartement avec 2 chambres, 5 lits, 2 canapés-lits et 2 salles de bains neuves !! Cet endroit est idéal pour tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la culture unique de Montréal en famille ou entre amis.

L'appartement est entièrement équipé et comprend:
- 2 "écran plat HD TV, avec Netflix et câble
 - Internet haut débit gratuit (Wi-Fi).
- 5 électros y compris lave-vaisselle
- A / C et chauffage
- Balcon arrière avec barbecue.
- Matelas en mousse à mémoire de qualité
- Machine à café Keurig avec dosettes
- Parking disponible pour une somme modique
- Tous les draps et serviettes
- Enfants bienvenus: chaise haute et berceau fournis
- Nous fournissons: tous les draps, serviettes, papier hygiénique, essuie-tout, shampoing, huile d'olive, épices de base, papier d'aluminium et produit de nettoyage domestique (savon à lessive, savon pour les mains, etc.)


Peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes avec ses deux chambres avec un lit queen size dans la première et deux lits jumeaux que vous pouvez choisir de diviser ou de se joindre ensemble pour faire un lit king size, il y a aussi le lit superposé complet / complet et 2 canapés-lits. Tous avec des matelas en mousse à mémoire de qualité.

Tous les commerces et services (boulangerie, supermarché, pharmacie, magasins de mode, des bars, des restaurants-vous les nommer ...) sont situés à moins de 100 mètres. Des autobus et des taxis devant l'immeuble, la station de métro Mont-Royal (300 m) et les stations BIXI (location de vélos de Montréal) permettent de se rendre en quelques minutes aux principaux sites culturels. Vous êtes également à 5 minutes à pied du magnifique parc Lafontaine et à 15 minutes de la montagne (Mont-royal).

*** Un barbecue est installé sur le balcon arrière et prêt à être utilisé entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. Hors saison l'espace est toujours accessible, mais pas correctement mis en place.

The surrounding area is more for adults activities, such as dinning, shopping, urban living...etc. i definitely give a 90% accuracy to what the description from expedia.ca. Great place to stay! This apartment was stocked with everything we needed, including lots of coffee. The owners were very responsive when we had questions or requests. We had plenty of space to spread out. Even a cute little back patio. Great location if you are looking for restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery stores & shopping right at your finger tips. Bike rental is at the end of the block & parks very close. Uber was also very accessible in this area. We stayed in Montreal a few days & did not rent a car, it was no problem getting around.

Nice property in good condition and great location to everything the Plateau has to offer. Check-in was hampered by inflexibility to leave bags at the residence before check in. Location Location Location!

Excellent property with everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Montreal. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, week stocked kitchen, lots of room! Perfect location with great shopping, eating, strolling and music. Short walk to the train station to easily navigate the city. Fantastic apartment in a great location

Yann and team have a beautiful apartment that looks larger than the photos provided. They were available throughout the stay to ensure we were comfortable. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of linens available for the group. The street has many amazing restaurants and we were a short walk away from the metro. I highly recommend staying at this apartment!

Perfect location and flexibility for check-in!

We came to Montreal for a girls weekend and thouroughly enjoyed staying here. My flight landed early and the owners made the space available to me early to drop off luggage, even though the previous guests had just checked out and the place was still being cleaned. The location was perfect and allowed for us to walk everyone. Very comfortable for the group and we had everything we needed. Would love to return for my next trip to Montreal.

Great location!

This apartment was a great location for getting to know the Plateau - it's the main drag in the neighborhood and only allows pedestrian traffic in the summer. It is a great location for walking or taking public transit to other places in MTL and I wish we had brought our bikes! The apartment itself is very well appointed and interactions with property managers were terrific. We would happily return!

Great spot

Great part of town - very close to good restaurants and shopping. Close enough to walk to major tourist sites an easy and pleasant walk if you can walk several miles in a day. Front step into the entry stairwell is rather steep and a half step added would benefit people with knee or hip issues. Overall, great apartment with good accommodations -close to bakeries, grocery stores, fruit and veggies stores, and liquor store if you choose to eat in.

Nice ans cozy apartment

The amenities and room layout were nicer than described. Having the bedroom with a bunkbed with its own living room and ensuite bathroom was a pleasant surprise where our teens had their own space to hang out giving adults our space - a very roomy dining area and a filly equipped kitchen. Each room was furnished very nicely and gave cozy comfortable feelings. The owner was super responsive to our messages and a great location with grocery stores, lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended! Thank you.

Wonderful stay close to everthing

If you are looking for a convenient place that is close to everything look no further. The place was fully furnished and the rooms were spacious, I like that there was aircon and heating for each room because we had some people in our group that liked it warm (in the summer!!) and cold. Everything you need in the kitchen too! Overall great location we enjoyed being able to just go down and take a stroll or bike ride on Ave Mt Royal which is closed to traffic in the summer. Had an amazing time everyone really enjoyed. Just one nit-pick, the smoke alarm was finicky about the toaster being on.

We are a couple in their thirties who have met 15 years ago working in restaurants. Being manager and waiter in that industry made us realize the importance of listening to our clients and how everything is in the details. We then found that we shared the same concerns: the quality of customer service and a real passion for Montreal!

After much discussion, we decided to pursue this to another level in the rental industry. We started with two apartments in 2011. We then continued to expand our business eversince. Now parents of two, we love running our family business and our 17 apartments.
