Located in Jacksonville Beach, this beachy townhome boasts 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, two with queens beds and even a pack-n-play, high chair, and baby gate for the little one. Stocked with all the essentials, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a private-fenced backyard with an incredible hot/cold outdoor shower. Just bring your clothes and bathing suits, we try to keep the house well supplied with the rest: beach toys and chairs, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand and dish washing soap, trash bags, dish washer detergent, laundry soap, and toilet paper. We have a well equipped kitchen with everything from a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker to children’s dish ware. There is a toy nook and even games for the adults in the trunk in front of the couch. We also have a fun swinging chair in the family room. We are a short 3 block walk to the beach!
