About this property

Welcome to your perfect beach getaway!

Our house is located in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, just steps away from great dining and entertainment.
There is a $200 refundable deposit added to your booking after you make your request to stay. If you have an undisclosed event or party your deposit will not be refunded.
There's billiards, live music, and breweries within walking distance, perfect for a fun night out.

The Jacksonville pier is just a short 5-minute drive away. With a cheap general admission fees to walk or fish, the perfect way to spend a day.

Bicycles for use.

15 minute walk to the beach.

4 miles to Mayo Clinic.

7 miles to Hanna Park.

The space
The house has a modern design with comfortable seating. There’s controllable accent lighting inside and outside including black lights which is always entertaining for kids. The living room 55” and master bedroom 50” have smart tvs. The living room has peacock tv for standard stations. The other two bedrooms have 32” tvs with chrome cast streaming devices on them. I have a 6 filter reverse osmosis system feeding the refrigerator so there’s clean water and ice for use.

All rooms are available to stay. The garage is not available.
We have a smart thermostat in place in this unit and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:
Summer - 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter - 60 to 75 degrees F

The location was great, restaurant across the street is delicious!!! Easily biking to many closeby shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Communication with the host was easy and he was very helpful. Rooms were clean and bikes provided which were appreciated.

Graduation weekend trip

Perfect place for us to stay. Size and location worked out well. Close to family and beach. House was spotless and contained everything we needed. Even had 6 bicycles so we could do a ride to the beach. Michael was a great host!

Christmas weekend

We came down for a quick Christmas visit with family. The house was perfect for us. The kids loved the bunk room and all the fun lights. The house even had a little Christmas tree and Christmas lights outside! Very clean and had everything we needed.

Fun spring break trip

The property was in a great location for visiting the beach, shopping, or dining. There is a fun little restaurant directly across the street, which was super nice. We could both enjoy a coctail while dining with the kids, and then walk back. Super clean. Super bed in the master bedroom. Everything we needed.

Needed vaca

Overall the house was amazing. Rooms were big. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was beautiful loved the family room. Only wish the back yard was more inviting and comfy. I love being outdoors more than anything. Property manager was very patient and polite. I'm weird about bathrooms in houses I don't know, but this one was fresh and beautiful on both the master bathroom and the extra bathroom.

Accommodating and communicative

The overall cleanliness upon arrival wasn't great but the owner had acknowledged some issues with the cleaning company. When there was a problem with the guest bathroom toilet and then later when some of our party got food poisoning, the owner was helpful in giving us access to the garage for more towels and cleaning products. The house was a tight fit for our blended family (especially the bunk room) but the house was as advertised. Beds were comfy and the kitchen and and living room did have cool lighting features. Again, we were grateful for the hosts willingness to work with us :)

I never acknowledged anything with the cleaning crew. They do a great job. You broke my toilet lid, had someone sick without giving them a trash can and they got sick on the rug that you took outside. I had to pay to have it professional cleaned, I also paid $85 for the toilet lid you broke, also I've been renting this house for a year and not once has someone scratched the floor. There was scratches on the floor so deep it looks like someone took a knife to it.

The house is in the perfect location and is full of amenties that made our stay in Jax easy and fun. Outdoor and indoor the house is gorgeous! Master bedroom mattress was heavenly. We only had a short stay but already want to come back to stay in the home again. A total 10/10. Michael has thought of everything to make your stay memorable.
