Welcome to The Meadows, where small-town charm meets big-time comfort in Bloomingdale, GA, just a short drive from historic Savannah and Tybee Island beaches. Our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and walk-in closets. Outside your door, unwind by the resort-style pool, stay fit in the 24-hour gym, or let your pup run wild in not one, but two dog parks.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
