Great location. Lovely charming historic studio apartment. Everything you need included. Be aware it is a flight of stairs to reach the apartment. Host was very responsive when we had a minor question. Definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful apartment with an incredible location. We literally parked our car and didn’t pick it up for two days. We were able to walk everywhere. I had a question for the management company, and it was answered almost immediately. We used the MLK parking garage, and our car was safe for three days. Because the apartment is right in the middle of everything, there was some street noise, but it didn’t bother us while we slept. Just an overall great stay!

The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Slight musty smell however. The neighborhood was loud with music blaring the entire night until 6 am.

This location was a great option for our two-night stay in Downtown Historic Savannah. We wanted the option to park and not drive again for the trip, and this location offered that. We walked everywhere, enjoying the squares, restaurants, and River Street. Everything was clean and well-appointed in the location. We had everything we needed for a couple of nights. The host was very accessible, quickly responding to inquires and answering our questions. The location felt secure. Parking was not a problem since there was a parking garage about three minutes away, walking. One note that is important to make if anyone will be using the living area for sleeping as we did with our children utilizing the pull-out couch. This in no way reflects on the condo or the host, but it is worth knowing beforehand. The location's windows face the Congress Ln alley. This alley faces the rear of other businesses. Directly across from the location, looking out the windows, is what appears to be a third floor residence. That residence has an open-air deck. When we arrived and looked out the windows, it was noticed, though no one was using it. We could see outdoor furniture and bottles on a table. At about 3:30am during our stay while sleeping, our children were awoken to the inconsiderate and excessive music of the residents of that third-floor location across the alley. It was very loud and went on for over an hour. Simply worth knowing as a drawback for staying downtown here.

This Condo was perfect for us. We were in town for a wedding that had 3 different events. We were able to walk to everything within minutes. Itvwas very quiet and comfortable. We hated to leave. We will definitely book this location again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo on W. Broughton Street! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of downtown Savannah and one block- easy walking distance to City Market Savannah, with plenty of shops, restaurants, art galleries and bars nearby. We were in town to see the Savannah Bananas play, and this was the perfect home base for our trip.The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the clear instructions for check-in because Savannah parking can be tricky. We parked in front of the building and for overnight we parked in the parking garage about 3 blocks down - it's an easy walk. The building felt secure and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay.Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Savannah — we’d definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect! We walked to everything! The condo was beautiful! It was clean overall, but could’ve stood a closer look in the bathroom. We had a great time and found our favorite coffee shop down the road. However, a starter of coffee in the condo would’ve been appreciated! Overall I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.

Beautifully renovated space in a historic building. Location is perfect for shopping and site seeing. The parking deck diagonally across from the building is convenient but we never needed to access the car over our four day weekend.The common areas of the building are showing their age and could use updating. It definitely has the historic feel and somewhat musty smell that comes along with it. One of the elevators broke down the day we were leaving.The condo does not allow pets but there are pets in the building. First two hours we were there a dog was barking nonstop but we never heard it the rest of our stay.Considering everything, I would recommend the condo for couples like us who were looking for a carefree getaway.

My husband and I started our honeymoon here and it was great! Awesome location- easy access to broughton street, river street, and many popular squares and sites. Unit was well equipped very clean and comfortable.
