Not family friendly, The location was convenient, but unfortunately the property didn’t feel safe or well-maintained. There were homeless individuals right next to the outside air unit and even a liquor bottle left on the porch. The doors had loose locks and visible gaps letting in daylight, which made us uncomfortable—especially with teenagers. It was also quite noisy late at night with neighbors yelling and banging around the next door unit at 3 a.m. The place was dusty, the bathroom and shower curtain weren’t very clean, and we noticed some insects. The downstairs A/C also struggled to keep things cool. With a few safety and cleanliness improvements, this could be a much better stay. Would not recommend for families with children. Adults only.

Great location! Very walkable area! Restaurant on the corner next to the property was so good! It was clean and had everything needed for a weekend getaway. Would stay again!

The house was in a great location to walk to the market, down to the river walk and easy to jump out in the car as well. It was everything we needed.

What a location!

The walkability from this location is amazing. We were able to reach all the places we were interested in and we able to go back and forth from the place and things we were doing. We really enjoyed the home as well!!

Great location - walking distance to everything. Decor was Fun... beds were great! You don't have to carry bags down to the bedrooms door downstairs. Not as noisy as some streets in Sav.. we will be back... Thank you!

Great place except for the Road Noise early in the morning. Not for those with difficulty walking.

We really enjoyed our stay in Savannah. This property is just few blocks from Broughton St and right across from River. You can literally walk everywhere from here. It was very comfortable with nice beds and furniture. The kitchen is suitable for breakfast and lunch, which we used it for. As great as it is, there are a few problems here, however. First, if you have vertigo or have any walking issues, this is not the place for you. The floors are heavily pitched, which wasn't a problem for us, but could be for older people or those with vertigo. The same goes for the circular staircase. My kids hated the fact that there is a door to the outside in their bedroom. It made them very uncomfortable, even though it was double locked. Finally, the road noise is horrible. Early morning (5am) you start hearing the traffic on Bay St. It is loud enough to wake you and keep you up. The windows are so poor that they don't keep any of the noise out. You can hear everything, even clear conversations as people walk by. It's like they are right there in the room with you. If it weren't for the noise, I would give this place 5 stars. It was that bad that it lost a star because of it.

Anniversary getaway

The apartment was as advertised, and yes, that spiral staircase is narrow! Charming, especially the exposed brick walls in the bedrooms. LOTS of traffic noise, which we got used to. That is because, the POSITIVE is the location!!! We never moved our car, walked everywhere easily. Great coffee/breakfast place virtually next door, Riverside 1 block over. Would definitely book again!

Considerable street noise from nearby Bay St. Unfortunately, while we were there, party of women that were up all night partying ea. nite - no regard for others at our rental. This property had a 3rd party property management. Were not real responsive to issues like an owner might be.

Nice, Short Getaway

This property was clean and comfortable. Right in the middle of everything. We only used our car to go visit Tybee. The rental was well equipped with whatever we needed.

Comfortable and convenient!

Very well maintained property in a great location in the historic district. Comfortable furnishings throughout. All the interactions with the property management company were very positive. Excellent communication regarding the check in and check out process. My only criticism would be that the parking situation wasn’t fully explained. We ended up parking on the street to avoid being blocked in by others staying at the property.

This home is fantastic. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION ❤️! It is busy there. The streets can be noisy. But to me that is to be expected since you are right in the middle of it. If you expect quiet, go to a country location. The small spiral staircase was a little hard to navigate with luggage (or after running a half marathon 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣)but it is doable. This staircase is also listed on the description of the property by the property managers. We were pleasantly surprised to have a washer/dryer. I didn’t recall seeing it in the description. However, they only leave enough detergent to wash one load of clothes. Bring detergent if you feel you need to wash more. There are two bedrooms. One has a king bed and the other has a queen bed. Upstairs in the living room is a long couch that can sleep one. We did not see the inflatable bed. We brought our own as we weren’t sure. Glad we did. We had 5 women in our group. Overall this property was amazing. Very comfortable and very convenient location. It was clean. We will definitely rent this house in the future when we return to Savannah!

We loved the apartment and the location. It was a chilly rainy night but the home was nice and cozy. we walked to Olympia Cafe on River Street and had a fantastic dinner with friends, then had a great brunch right next door at B Mathews. They actually have prosecco on tap, a mimosa dream come true! 😊🥂 The property is in great location right in the heart of downtown Savannah. The apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.

More plusses than minuses

Plus: Location is perfect. Apartment is beautiful. Minus: Outside lockbox extremely difficult to work. WiFi password not communicated until day after check in. Bathroom tub was stopped up; we had to plunge it to make it work. Smoke detector chirped for24 hours. We couldn’t make it stop, and nobody came to fix it until 5:30 pm the next day. The biggest problem is that when you rent this property, you are not dealing with an owner, something I should have considered more carefully. This is a company, which means you are ultimately dealing with people who have no stake whatsoever in your happiness with the experience. Their interest stops at 6 pm, and MAYBE you will get their attention the next day. If you have a problem, no matter how easily fixed it can be, you will find it difficult to actually speak with someone who will take responsibility for the problem. The problems I had were minor, and unfortunately just all happened at the same time. The lack of caring made the problems seem bigger. Maybe this series of unfortunate events wouldn’t occur. It is a great place despite the company.

September 2018 Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Habersham 2. The location could not be any better for experiencing historic Savannah. We were able to walk to anything we did, restaurants, the riverboat tour, a ghost tour.. you name it. The unit is very nice and functions like a modern condo while keeping its charm.

Great location!

This place is beautiful and in a great location. We were able to walk to everything from this spot. There are so many great shops and restaurants around. This historic downtown area is very walkable (for most people). We walked over 8 miles one day! Only about 25 mins from SAV airport, so Uber/Lyft prices were reasonable. The place was nicely furnished and plenty of amenities. Beds were great and very comfy to sleep in.

Such a wonderfully fun trip. This apartment is located in a perfect spot. Having a parking spot was awesome. Walking distance to everything you could possibly want to see. Great apartment, great decor. Only issue was not being able to get the cable TV to work in the 2nd bedroom. Kids we're utilizing this and just used iPads so wasn't a big deal at all. If your looking for a quaint little apartment within walking distance of all the goodies then this is the place for you.
