Great home and experience overall! Very comfortable beds and plenty of space to spread out and for kids to play! Home is super cute, has so much charm and we especially loved the large kitchen island and table as well as the beautiful master bath/shower!

Wonderful home! Plenty of room for our family! 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor for family who couldn't do stairs and 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor including very spacious master bedroom and bath. Downstairs is perfect for the kids with bunkbeds and games and TV! We loved the pool and hottub!! Nice quiet neighborhood too!! I would definitely come back!

The house was perfect! The house was clean, cozy, and beds were comfortable. Only downfall was the porch was icy coming up to front door from recent weather but everything else was absolutely perfect. Would stay here again!

This property would be 10/10 but the neighbors surrounding the property make the visit horrible. The parking is not conducive to the party size of the home. The neighbors called city manager and had him come to the home telling us we could NOT park on the PUBLIC street even though they park their cars all over the area even in the wrong direction. Also, the carbon monoxide detectors downstairs and upstairs went off several times during the stay which was a bit unsettling.

Host was very responsive. Kitchen could use a few more cooking amenities/potsIf you have a crowd. Very spacious and amazing comfortable mattresses. Only one trash bag for renters for a week with 8-10 people is not reasonable.

We came from Michigan for an event at the New Horizon Center. We had family from out of town join us. The house was perfect! Great location, we walked to the arena. Very well appointed with everything we could need. We hosted a dinner that had ample space and seating and even used a local restaurant recommendation from the host. I had multiple messages on the VRBO app to the host and they were answered extremely fast! Parking was great for multiple cars and we had no problem finding street parking. Short two block walk to local restaurants and bars that were fantastic! Planning to rent again next year!

The house is cute and the pool is clean. Make sure you take pictures of everything including the front yard and furniture the day you arrive as you will be charged back for prior damage to your stay or for items open to the public. There were apparently signs on the front lawn and they were stolen and I was charged for them. Also note the neighbors are not a fan of this being a rental and called the police on us for parking in the street which apparently one of the signs missing had that posted. The rental agency made us move the car at 7:30AM on a Saturday. As soon as I walked in I saw a massive stain on a chair and was like ok gross but shame on me for not immediately notifying the company as they used this to charge me extra cleaning. The other items charged for was missing towels which I cannot dispute as I don’t count them when we arrived despite checking with all the guest to make sure none were removed. Check in was a pain. link sent wouldn’t work and it was just painful back and forth.Then when I asked is the house was ready early they waited until check in to reply and instead of answering they sent the link again. As far as the house we couldn’t use the bunk bed rooms in the basement because when you step in the floor water seeps through. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen came with coffee pods which was nice and unexpected but surprisingly no regular size coffee maker for a crowd. Location is really nice and you can walk to the grocery store.

This is such a great house and was incredibly clean. Our kids had the most amazing time playing ping pong and pool downstairs. The pool and hot tub were also great. One of the best parts of this property besides the house and amenities was the amazing location. It is such a great neighborhood and walking distance to wonderful local restaurants and the cutest market. If you are staying in Greensboro, this is the only place I would stay!
