Welcome to Le Grande Suite at The Twin Palms Townhouse. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in the heart of Ventura’s charming beachside community, Le Grande is one of three sister suites. Enjoy a short drive to nearby destinations like Ojai, Oxnard, Carpinteria, Summerland, Montecito, and Santa Barbara.
Choose from renting one, two, or all three Twin Palm Townhouses, depending on the size of your group. Each property boasts private entrances and outdoor space to relax in the gardens.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of this beautifully styled 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home. It features a fully-equipped kitchen and a serene garden space, perfect for unwinding. Sip your morning espresso or enjoy an evening cocktail on the front porch, back deck, or around the cozy gas fire pit.
Le Grande underwent a full renovation in 2024, ensuring the highest quality and style.
Guests have full access to their securely gated townhouse, which includes a covered front porch, a peaceful front yard equipped with a private fire pit, a back patio with loungers and a dining table, and a BBQ. Each townhouse also offers reserved parking and ample street parking.

Additionally, there’s ample street parking available on Santa Clara and South Ann streets. Once you park, you can relax and enjoy the convenience of having everything you need within a short walk.
