Our house connects to great bike paths that take you around the city. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. We are Close to all stores in Eugene and Springfield. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Only mile from Autzen Stadium! Close to bike/running path along Willamette river. Home has 3 bedrooms upstairs, bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. Downstairs has a huge bedroom with its own bathroom and an additional day bed and tv. walk down the deck to the nice hot tub and fenced back yard. There is a laundry room for you to use if you need. Don't miss out on this relaxing stay.

We thought it was a great stay. Very functional kitchen and living room area and we loved the layout of the home. Looks like one of the showers is in progress which would make it even better. A few spots on the deck were pretty creaky and wobbly but that didn’t keep us from enjoying the beautiful views at all. Just thought I’d mentioned it if it’s only to you. Definitely worth 5 stars still and the communication was great. Thanks!

Although the exterior was unimpressive, the interior of the house was exactly what we needed for our family of 6. The house was clean; there were plenty of towels, etc. We did need more forks and kitchen utensils, but we made do. It was a good location for us.

It was a pleasant stay we had a great time relaxed and enjoyed our time. Host was great no hicuups. Everything went as planned almost nothing to do with the host by any means so all an all its was great stay!

A neighbor warned me about you, she said that you gripped at her because she saw you treating your grandson so horribly. That you are miserable person looking for things to be upset about. She said I would probably have trouble with you. I think the neighbor thought that you were a new long term tenant, luckily just a guest for a short time. I'm glad you loved at the house, but telling me you are giving a three star because my cleaner forgot to leave out enough toilet paper isn't nice, We instantly told you where the key was to the supplies closet. for the price you paid for the house we feel we deserve a better raiting. We offered to make it right. How did you manage to brake the bedframe, must have taken a lot of force? It was difficult trying to get a new one there so fast before the next guests which hopefully didn't upset them. Try to find things to appreciate in life, good luck.
