It’s 5 nice rooms, not 4 and no bunk bed rooms so adults can stay in all. Very attentive host.

The back yard is amazing. My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, water features and many of the outside games. I used the outdoor kitchen area to grill up some steaks. Inside is spacious and comfortable. It was a most enjoyable stay.

Our family had an amazing time enjoying all the outdoor amenities. This house is a fabulous choice if you are looking to hang out and enjoy the pool/hot tub/outdoor kitchen and games!! We played hours of water volleyball. It is in a nice, quiet ,safe neighborhood that is located near a walking trail, shops and restaurants. The house has plenty of space and beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. We highly recommend paying for the heated pool/hot tub so that you can enjoy. Bring towels for swimming you will need them.

The house was in a great, family friendly and quiet location. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The backyard was outstanding. Our family had so much fun with the spa, pool, and all of the outdoor spaces. We had a large family BBQ using the outdoor kitchen. Brooke was very quick to respond to our many inquiries. They accommodated us very well. My fam all voted to stay there again when we next visit the LA area. We wish we could have stayed longer and had more time to just chill at the house.

Just an update needed on the description. The site says 4 bedrooms, but it has 5. I was able to figure this out from pictures, but updating the info may help others. There was great space here and a wonderful outdoor ambiance. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the pool, and I didn’t read anything that said there was an additional cost to use the hot tub (Admittedly, I might have missed it.) The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

The house was gorgeous, the back yard was very dirty the pool and surrounding the pool . There were cups and water bottles left in the pool and around. The owner of the property was there everyday of our stay which made things uncomfortable and made the trip unenjoyable
Cups inside the pool
Water and sewage smell came up thru every drain
There was a huge burn hole

Great outdoor space!

We rented this property for spring break for a week, there were 11 of us and several family came over for dinners. Plenty of outdoor space and it was as pictured. The games outside and pool were perfect and as listed. The beds were very comfortable, we appreciated the extra sheets and towels with all the kids. The property needed a few things but the manager was very responsive and got them for us right away. The kitchen was a little sparsely stocked when cooking for at least 11 but we made do. I would definitely stay here again!

Would Think Twice

Nice Property, but the only reason we picked this one, coming from out of state, was the beautiful pool. I asked it to be heated for my 4 children, and the entire stay, it wasn't. We couldn't used the pool. I reached out to the manager many times while there asking to call me, and never received any response. They finally credited back the heating charge for the pool, but to this day, management has never reached back out to me. I wouldn't stay here again.

Pool was awesome but needed to be heated. The 250 plus 100/day is not worth heating. It should come with the price

This house and the outside pool area are absolutely beautiful! This is a very fun place for the whole family. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. Very roomy and very clean. Brooke was very easy to work with and answered right away. We will definitely stay here again.
