Wonderful Experience!

We have been going to Port Aransas to visit Whitecap Beach every summer for the past 10+ years, and this is the best condo we have ever experienced! It was extremely clean, which is HUGE to me. The location was perfect and the communication from the property manager was wonderful. My husband already wants to visit and stay here again before the summer ends.

Property was very clean and we all liked the three bathrooms. Each family had their bath. The AC worked great. For my age 81, loading luggage up stairs was hard. the BIG complaint was parking. The add did not mention that the garage was NOT available to use. It did say that parking was available on the street and driveway, but the driveway was a Firelane. Unfortunately, I forgot to lock the car on the first night so we parked on the street and someone went through our car that night and left the back door up on your SUV. I do not think that any thing was stolen. Still. There were two golf carts taking up the entire garage. I am not happy about that. We will not rent there again for the money we paid. The add showed a garage, I expected garage parking. Renters need to know that the garage is NOT available for use.

Beautiful condo

Overall beautiful condo and extremely clean pool and condo. Loved the beach toys and chairs that was a nice perk. Corner spot of the condo made it more secluded too. Location and parking was a little misleading but the golf cart was a must. Made the drive to the beach convenient. Please have sugar if you have a coffee bar. Condo had plenty of room for our family. Beautiful weekend in all. Thank you.

Beautiful Beach Townhouse

We loved the property. We will be back. Things we loved: TV and all the programming Location! Price Decor - not cluttered Cleanliness - walls, furniture, bedding Carpet seemed new Beach toys, cooler, chairs and umbrellas to use Fluffy pillows, towels and bath mats Prompt response from on-site managers when problems arose. Soft toilet paper No bug problem Fire ladder in 3rd floor bedroom Decorated and comfy balcony Beautiful pool and easy access from 1st floor. Optional 8-person gold cart for rent Things need improvement: Communications between VRBO response, owner and on-site personelle. I was given different info. ie. You may not enter the property until 2pm./You may enter anytime after 12pm for a $30/hour charge. Here are 3 codes for the doors and the house alarm/ Here is one code and the house alarm is not for you to use. No, we do not have any beach items for use/Beach items were in the garage. The condo has many doors with locks, but no one has keys. So if you happen to accidently shut a locked door, they will need to get a locksmith to rip out the doornob for you to get in. I suggest they replace all the door knobs and get keys. Also, the front door has 3 locks on the inside of the door but only one on the outside. So if you leave the condo through another door and try to get back into the main front door, you're outta luck. Coffee maker needs to be cleaned out on the inside. Could use some plasticware for kids and tupperware for storage of food in the fridge.

Very convenient to the beach - beautiful condo with plenty of space. Plenty of kitchen tools etc. gulf cart rental was very fun for the kids.

Our stay was excellent thanks to the host’s outstanding attentiveness and communication. They consistently responded quickly to any questions or needs we had, regularly checked in to ensure everything was going well, and made it clear that we could reach out anytime if we needed assistance. Their hospitality and care truly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable
