The Space:
Welcome to our charming carriage house, a unique and comfortable retreat in the heart of Indianapolis! A carriage house, traditionally, is a secondary dwelling located on the same property as a main house. Originally designed to store horse-drawn carriages, these historic structures have been beautifully repurposed for modern living. Our carriage house, built in 2024, offers all the modern comforts while retaining the historical charm and character of traditional carriage houses.

Property Features:

Parking: You'll have access to two parking spots—one in the attached garage and one in the driveway.

Living Area: Ascend the stairs to the second floor, where you'll find a spacious living room featuring a cozy leather pull-out sofa and a 55-inch TV for your entertainment.

Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including complimentary coffee to start your mornings right.

Bedroom: The bedroom boasts two queen beds with luxurious 12-inch thick mattresses. Each bed is adorned with four pillows—two memory foam and two goose feather pillows—to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Walk-In Closet: Connected to the bedroom is a walk-in closet that includes a full set washer and dryer, providing added convenience during your stay.

Bathroom: Off the living room, you'll find a full bathroom stocked with all the essentials and oversized bath towels for your comfort.

The Neighborhood:
Holy Cross is a historic neighborhood on Indianapolis' near east side. Known for its small-town feel, it features a mix of historic and modern homes. Bounded by Michigan St., Southeastern Ave., State Ave., and Davidson St., it offers easy access to downtown. The community revolves around Highland Park, created from the former estate of Governor Noah Noble. The neighborhood has seen revitalization with new investments and amenities, making it popular among families and young professionals​

Short uber, scooter or walk from countless activities.

Other Things to Note:
We allow up to 6 guests, but it's up to you to decide if the space is comfortable for your group.

Their is potential for normal traffic noise being in downtown Indianapolis.
