With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, guests can relax and unwind in this enchanting retreat. Whether you're looking to explore the area or simply enjoy a peaceful escape, this house has everything you need for a delightful stay. 35 minutes away from Wolf Creek Ski area and 5 minutes away from Downtown Pagosa Springs and our Hot Springs soaking options. We are from Pagosa Springs Colorado and currently live in Pagosa. We travel often and know what we like in a rental property, so we made sure it is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. We are a family of 4 who loves to hike, hunt, fish, ski, boat, tube the river, and enjoy raising our kids in this lovely community.

Why they chose this property

The mountain views are amazing and with 3 acres of space, you have plenty of room to maintain your privacy and enjoy all that Pagosa has to offer. Removed from town 4 miles, but still close to enjoy all the amenities and hotsprings. Very quite and you will most likely see deer and elk moving through the property.

What makes this property unique

It is a home on 3 acres with beautiful mountain views of the northern range and the eastern range. Most rentals are right next to other homes, we have plenty of space with lot's of privacy and it is very quite.
