Do not leave doors or windows open while running the A/C. This causes system failure requiring the A/C unit to be turned off for up to a day to thaw.
No smoking of any kind. No smoking outside residence with doors open. Non-smoking property. There will be a $500 smoke remediation fee.

House is lovely and very well equipped and stocked! The mattress in the master suite was AMAZING and SO comfortable…. Just like we have at home. We loved the dock that my husband could fish from. Thanks for a beautiful stay! We will be back!

Great spot. Great location. Will stay again.

Would rent this house again. We were very happy with rental. Only thing to note, lanai was enclosed to add a 3rd bedroom and living room and they are sunken which could be a tripping hazard.

We had an excellent stay at Rachelle's home. The house is located in a very quite and nice part of SW Cape Coral. The house was comfortable and furnished with anything you would need. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean and Rachelle was very friendly and communicative. There were ROKU smart TV's in every room but the baths (5 total) and WIFI was great. Plenty of games and puzzles for a rainy day with the kids. No pool, but plenty of room to sit out back or on the dock. The house sits on a SW canal and can accommodate a 25' boat and the trip to open water is about 20 mins. Very appreciative that she purchased and setup a new grill after our inquiry. We are in the process of house shopping in the area and the location/neighborhood is great. Will be back if/when we close on a house. Thanks again Rachelle.

House is super clean! Great views and fishing in the canal! Needed a last minute extension and host was amazing with her communication and made it easy! (Not common!) She was super helpful and attentive and made sure our stay was pleasant throughout!Don’t pass up a chance to stay at this amazing property. A breath of fresh air and so much nicer than dealing with the larger rental companies!I wish I could give her 10 stars!!!
