This home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a spacious living room, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and smart TV. Outside, enjoy your private yard with outdoor deck. Just blocks from Historic Main Street, you'll have easy access to downtown, and all types of amazing outdoor adventures are all around!

The house was wonderful. It was very clean and in a great location in Montrose. I was not outside in the backyard, but it was charming with a nice outdoor patio and yard. I highly recommend this bungalow if you need a cute two bedroom place.The communication with the host was really easy to understand as well.

Two bedroom residence easy access to multiple Restaurants and grocery stores. Great jump off plane to mountain town, such as Ouray or going fishing.

This is a cute place in a quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping and activities. It feels bigger inside than it looks on the outside. Plenty of room for three of us, but would fit five or six comfortably, except there's only one bathroom. The yard is beautiful, perfect for having meals outside.

What a beautiful home! We loved staying here. Everything was perfect. The house is well equipped, it is super comfortable and so cozy. We really enjoyed the free coffee and the outside patio. We would love to stay here again!

We fished the Gunnison River 2 days and Uncompahgre River 1 day. The fishing was great and the drive from Montrose to Durango on 550 was beautiful. The Aspens were at their peak and awesome.The home was clean, comfortable and convenient.

Charming place with a great outside area. Glad there was laundry. Black canyon of the Gunnison park is incredible, and Montrose is such a cute town. We had great meals at El Jimador and Persimmon. Gracious host, would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and clean house in the heart of Montrose. Very convenient to restaurants and other businesses, within walking distance to main business district. Neighborhood is quiet, which we appreciated. Bedrooms are a bit small but we managed ok. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had an issue with WiFi but Jeff was on top of it. Communication with Jeff was good. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
