Fully remodeled in November 2024, unit 313 is a custom built, detailed, upscale condo welcoming you. You will find this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in the Hale Kai O Kihei! This top-floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. Enjoy cool air in the kitchen and main area and the bedroom. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a breathtaking, serene beach. The location and proximity to the sandy, beautiful beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, take a walk and see basking turtles, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Parking is free on property for your convenience.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.), which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach, you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the custom barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full-service grocery store.

The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. It was clean, comfortable, nicely updated, and had all the supplies we needed. Looked just like in the photos! It was in a great location near our favorite restaurants and shopping. Also not a large building so no large crowds at the beach. We went to Maui in January to see the whales and was not disappointed. We saw whales and sunsets daily from the lanai.

Stunning condo. This was our second stay in this same complex in another one of Joe’s rentals and this unit was comfortable and immaculate. The bed was super comfortable, fridge with ice maker and water dispenser was very welcomed, washer and dryer were useful, and the view from the balcony is always the best!

Great spot, great private beach. Owners paid attention to details. Good utensils, newly renovated, beach chairs to bring to beach, etc. they understand the details to being a good host. Also let us check in early because it was available.

This stay was spectacular! The condo was clean, comfortable, welcoming, charming. There were so many amenities that made everything super convenient. The oceanfront view from the balcony was perfect! You’re just steps away from the white sand beach. Parking was free and plentiful. We felt safe and truly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for Kīhei. Awesome condo in awesome location. Incredible, lesser-visited sandy walkable beach, many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our stay was great. The place is right on the beach with a gorgeous view. We went swimming every morning. The building was quiet, the beach wasn’t crowded, everyone we ran into staying there was very respectful. The location was convenient, with a shopping center nearby that had a few places to eat. Grocery stores are a short drive away. Location was a good launch point for us to explore other places on the island. Having laundry in the room was a bonus, and allowed us to pack light. All in all, we really enjoyed staying here especially since it is beach front.

We had a wonderful week in Kihei! The condo was a prime location, lots of restaurants within walking distance. And the beach was so close! Check in was easy, Joe & his crew were even able to get us in a little early as our flight was changed. Everything was just perfect! We'll definitely be back.

Amazing

This was an amazing place. We stayed there with our 15 month old son. We were right on the beach and saw turtles on every stroll we took! Spectacular little condo close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed for our stay!
