Magnifique condo de 3 chambres bien situé dans la 21e rue

Mariners Watch 306 est un magnifique condo de trois chambres. Profitez d'une vue imprenable de l'intérieur de l'unité. Depuis les doubles portes coulissantes du salon, vous avez une vue imprenable sur la baie, le port et le restaurant Fish Tales. Les couloirs et les pièces à vivre sont joliment carrelés et les chambres sont moquettées. Les tailles de lit comprennent 2 rois, un lit superposé et un lit queen. Invité fournit des draps et des serviettes Pour votre commodité, une laveuse et une sécheuse est fourni dans le condo. Parking privé et piscine extérieure. Bâtiment situé à la lumière avec un passage pour piétons qui permet une promenade facile et courte vers la plage et le trottoir. Lits superposés - Films seulement sans câble.
Directement en face du restaurant Phillips et d'un centre commercial. Marchez jusqu'au golf miniature et bien plus encore. Non-fumeur. Cet établissement loue du samedi au samedi en saison et trois nuits hors saison. Pas d'animaux, s'il vous plaît.

Place was spacious and clean. Ample space for my family. Well equipped with everything we needed. Close to all amenities. Enjoyed our stay. Just an fyi, ice maker didn’t work and beach carrier was broken. All in all highly recommend. Thank you!!

NICE WEEK IN OCMD

Nice place! It could use a little maintenance. My son who is 18 got locked in his room the first day due to a broken doorknob. The water filter in the fridge needs replacing-the light is on. The door makes a horrible screech when u open it. The pool was cleaned only on the day we left. We had a great week though and enjoyed ourselves.

Very comfortable home away from home everything you need was there at the condo it did not disappoint the only thing I would change would be curtains on the bedroom windows as the sun is bright even with blinds

Four great nights in Ocean City

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this property. The owners provided everything we needed in terms of appliances, plates, utensils, etc. The unit was quite large and easily accommodated our family of 5. The location was great and with walking distance to many restaurants and the boardwalk. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a 3 bedroom in Ocean City.

Great Place

The location was perfect for us. Check in was easy and we even got in early. Condo was spacious and clean. Kitchen was very well equip. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely rent again

Very nice accommodations.

Only thing I would suggest is to have the exhaust fan vent cover cleaned in the master bathroom. Other than that, excellent place.

A few issues

When we arrived even after picking up our packet we hauled all of our stuff to the room and it was not ready for two more hours yes not until 5 o’clock Also the dishwasher was packed with dirty dishes from the previous occupants The shower curtains were broken along with the shades out to the balcony and just stacked on top also sand in the master bedroom tub need some sort of credit really not worth $3500

Hi Ray Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are sorry you were disappointed as this is not the norm for this condo. In the busy season in Ocean City, it is not always possible to have all the properties cleaned by 3PM. It is noted in our lodging agreements that when it is extremely busy, the cleaners may need until 6 PM to finish. I do not see any requests for service during your stay, please know we are a phone call away when you are in our properties. We would have been happy to take care of any issues during your stay had you reached out to us.

Best vacation ever

This property is AMAZING it’s like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here months at a time. It’s exactly what is advertised. It’s clean and it’s so easy to get in touch with the property managers if needed. It’s also literally Walking distance to the beach. I will definitely be staying here again.

Perfection

We have been vacationing in Ocean City for years and have never stayed anywhere as nice as this. Spacious rooms and perfect for our family beach vacation. We will definitely book this again. Clean, well kept, comfortable beds and furniture. Equipped with everything you would ever need in the kitchen. Bathrooms were clean and spacious.

Happy stay

Everything was exactly as the pictures showed. Very clean and well kept. Only thing that I would suggest is the check out time be later. Most hotels have an 11 or 12 o’clock check out. To me the 10 am is very hard, especially with families with young children
