This large, pet friendly waterfront duplex home is divided into two private units. This is the bottom level unit which is a 1350 square foot open floor plan 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It has a full kitchen, laundry room, open dining and living room. With huge windows facing the water, the view is spectacular with plenty of natural sunlight throughout the home. Enjoy your private patio from right outside the master bedroom or living room.

We've recently added a brand new expansive boat dock including 2 slips with boat lifts, a large upper deck, fish cleaning station, swim ladder, and fishing lights. With extra docking on each side, our boat dock can easily accommodate 4 boats!

This home is gorgeous! Perfectly decorated by the owners, everything was handpicked with an eclectic, rustic coastal vibe. High end furnishings and decor, with comfortable beds and quality cotton bedding. Enjoy cooking meals in the large, fully stocked kitchen or explore one of our many fabulous restaurants here on the island.

The water view is outstanding! Enjoy eating dinner on the patio or waking up and enjoy your morning coffee overlooking one of the Laguna Madre canals. The canal is very wide with access for large offshore boats and we have plenty of room to park your boat on property.

The most popular water sports include fishing, surfing, kayaking, windsurfing, water skiing, kite boarding and sailing. With quick access to the Inter-coastal waterway, bays, and offshore from our dock, you can enjoy fishing at any time!

Laguna Madre and surrounding areas offer excellent bay and offshore fishing as well as duck, dove, and deer hunting.

This location is ideal! Our property is just a few minutes from fantastic beaches, and mouthwatering menu’s at our local restaurants. One of the best boat ramps on the island is just a block away and we are right across the street from a community park where you can take a nice stroll or watch the kids play.

Come to North Padre Island for your next vacation, rest up your feet and come stay with us, you are guaranteed to have a great time!

Need more space? Planning to vacation with friends or family and want to stay together but also desire privacy? No problem, because our property has 2 units! This listing is for Unit A, which is downstairs and sleeps 10. Upstairs is Unit B, which also sleeps 8, so both units could accommodate a group of 18! Life is Good on the Laguna Madre!

Extremely clean and comfortable for our four guys. Close to Billings Bait to meet our guides. On a canal with access to water with a boat which would be awesome if we had one! Will book again next year for the third annual trip for us!

We loved our stay at this wonderful condo! The condo is a 3/2 and it is super clean and well stocked. The deck on the bay was amazing. It is brand new and we loved sitting outside every day watching birds and fish. We will be back!

Best vacation in years

Our vacation in this property was truly the best we’ve had in years. Everything was clean, owner was extremely responsive and the home was very comfortable and relaxing. Morning coffee on the back porch overlooking the canal was one of our favorite activities. There are TV’s in every room, Roku’s for each of them; lots of space to spread out; beds were very comfortable and clean; rooms were ample size where we weren’t bumping into each other; fantastic dining room table, enough room to have a puzzle going and still have space for 5 people to eat a meal. The back porch should really be called the giant deck - so much room; great outdoor furniture; ample tables for outdoor eating; great fishing on the edge of the lower section of the dock… I can’t say enough good things. Needless to say, we’ll be back.

Relaxing getaway

Beautiful place you have there Gary. Met Gary the owner, made our stay that much more enjoyable. The place was beautiful and very clean. My son and nephew who are attending A&M Corpus came over for fishing and dinner. The biggest plus was that your unit had a gas stove. Had a great time, will definitely be back. Thanks again
