About this space
Beautiful waterfront home ideally located at the edge of the Laguna Madre bay. Quiet getaway near nature and wildlife. Close to beach and local attractions but nestled in a peaceful location.

6 minutes to Whitecap Beach! 13 minutes to National Seashore! Less than 30 minutes to Port Aransas or airport.

Boat slip and nearby launch gets you on the bay in minutes. Fish from dock/multiple nearby spots. 2 Kayaks available.

2 dedicated workspaces and strong WIFI for remote workers or students.
The space
Large master bedroom with new king-size bedding and top-notch mattress. Comfortable living room with large couch and ample room for dining in. Large guest room downstairs with comfortable queen-size mattress.

Upstairs guest room includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with trundle underneath. Three full bathrooms so everyone has their own space.

Master and guest room have desks with office chairs. Mattresses are high quality and brand-new.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home with a keypad entry. Pet owners- there is nearby dog park (Riley P Dog Park), a vacant lot with grass a few houses down, and another park at the end of the block. There is also a spot with artificial turf on the lower dock if needed for pet relief. Please clean up after your pets.

Great place

My husband and I stayed here thru the week and enjoyed it very much. Plenty of room for 2 people! The neighborhood was quiet , couldn’t hear cars, and thats a first for places we have stayed before. We were here during the week so many places were vacant too. Anyway, easy to ride our bikes for coffee and closer to bird island for us. The place is pretty well stocked. Place gets lots of light and is very comfortable. It is a bit worn, screens are torn, took forever to open drawer with the blow dryer in it, stuck shut with sand. I think thats just part of being in north padre. Host very helpful.

Fun winter getaway

The condo was perfect for our winter getaway and entertaining our family that came to visit. It was a great location in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beaches, restaurants & stores. Gordon was helpful & very responsive.

The Perfect Place to Get Away

My entire family had a great time here. The pictures are very accurate and the home was just as advertised in all aspects. The water pressure in every shower was insane (like it WILL get the sand off of you - but not remove a layer of skin) and the hose out front was the perfect touch for hosing everyone (including the dog) off returning from the beach (which is super close and easy to access). The kitchen was stocked very well - I was able to cook full meals for five people without a problem. Pretty sure the dishwasher is smarter than my entire family because it took all of us to figure it out - but it did an amazing job. The couch was huge and super comfy - and the hosts were amazing in their response times and communication. No complaints from anyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location for fishing

We kayaked just toward the intercoastal two of the days we stayed and ended up with 12 trout and one red. It’s hard to get the kayaks to the water but once in the water it’s a great location.

I am a Texas native that loves everything outdoors including kayaking, fishing, and anything around the water. I also love food whether it be a meal prepared at home or some of the nearby restaurants. I love being a host because I see people enjoying one of my favorite places in the world.

I chose this street specifically because it is on the edge of the Laguna Madre Bay system. In my opinion, it is on the best residential location on the island. I also grew up going to the beach nearby and I love the close vicinity to the Padre Island National Seashore (PINS). I envisioned this property as a comfortable home to use as a launching point to enjoy the outdoors.

I think the prime location on the water has the best views of wildlife and the easiest access to the water- whether by boat, kayak, or right from the back porch. It is comfortable for an entire family, with a nice living room and three full bathrooms. The natural surroundings and quiet neighborhood make it the perfect peaceful retreat, while being close to everything the area has to offer.
