Freshly Renovated Cottage Old Town MONTHLY

This freshly renovated cottage in the the heart of Old Key West is located only 2 blocks off Duval St and is a short walk or bike to all the fun of Key West ! Very quiet street with no through traffic. The property is completely private and safe, surrounded by a 6 foot gated fence and tropical landscaping.
Due to local zoning laws we can only rent by the month. You do not have to stay the whole month, but we are not allowed to do nightly rentals.
Awesome galley kitchen sparkles with plenty of sunshine . All Clad cookware & Fiestaware dishes fill the kitchen. All new Stainless appliances. The cottage is furnished with all new high end furnishings from Hickory White and Lexington. Queen size bed awaits you complete with down pillows & 1000 ct sheets after a busy day or night . Glass door tiled shower and marble toped vanity
The cottage sleeps 2

This historic area of Key West is very quiet and residential with many long time "Conch" residents. Although we do not have a swimming pool on our compound , the biggest pool on the island is 3 blocks from the house at 300 Catherine Street. Fort Zachary Taylor Park that has Key West's nicest and largest beach is 3 blocks to the park entrance.

Great month long trip!

Loved staying in this property! Had a few very small hiccups but Donna was always there to help out. Nice comfy bed, wonderful appliances.....nothing left out...had pretty much anything you could think of. Get to know the Duval Loop Bus when you first get there! Bring your food, bikes, plenty of toilet paper and you should be ready for your stay....would rent this property again!

Nice place but communication with host was not ideal. I messaged several times and didn’t get responses. My son stayed there and he was told he could use the hot tub but someone went and emptied it. After I messaged the host again I waited a few for a response. My son also told me it was not in the best location.

Classic neighborhood feel

Great house in a classic older neighborhood away from the noise of Duval St, but still within east walking distance of everything Key West has to offer. Enjoyed our stay!

Best of Bahama Village

I had a wonderful stay in Bahama Village. This condo is fully refinished and includes all the right touches: big bedroom, large kitchen and living room areas, updated bathroom with washer and dryer and a lovely porch for early morning coffee or evening cocktails. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable month long stay including high end cook wear and a good set of knives! The property manager, Donna, is easily accessible and highly responsive to any requests or questions. Lastly, the location is perfect; it is in a quiet neighborhood situated between Duval street, the community pool on Catherine St. and Fort Zach. I highly recommend!

Amazing location & home

The home was well appointed, clean and up to date. It was gated and very secure, with places for our bicycles. I especially love the bed and shower!!! If you needed something Donna made sure you got it right away. A place to park your vehicle (which is very important in KeyWest) and with in walking distance of everything. If you want you can take the bus which is only about a block from the house. I would definitely stay again and vert reasonable. Thank you, Donna & Stephanie for making our stay so enjoyable.
