Escape to this cool apartment in picturesque Myrtle Beach. This tranquil retreat offers a living room with a cozy queen bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, and a fitness room. The bathroom is stocked with essentials for a wonderful stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our apartment.

Please note: The lazy river will close after the weekend of October 18–19 and will remain closed for the rest of the year. The L-shaped pool will remain open and heated to 88°F throughout the off-season for guests to enjoy. For safety, access between the lazy river and the pool will be closed during this time.

Recent upgrades to the pool area include:
-New loungers
-New picnic tables and umbrellas
-New string lights
-Fresh paint
-A brand-new glider

Important: Important Resort Policies: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in. Security checks IDs upon entry, and access will only be granted to guests who meet this requirement.

Additionally, guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if outside after 11:00 PM, as resort security strictly enforces the local curfew policy to help maintain a safe, family-friendly environment. This is a gated community.

Parking & Gate Fees: Please note that Myrtle Beach Resort charges gate/parking fees directly. Fees vary by season and vehicle type. During the in-season period (April–September), cars and trucks are $10/day or $100/month, while motorcycles are $10/day or $100/month. During the off-season (October–March), cars, trucks, and motorcycles are $10/day or $50/month. Motorcycle trailers are $15/day and are not permitted in June, July, or August. These fees are subject to change by the resort.

It was a nice cozy place. Great for a couple or one person. Check in was easy and the condo was clean and had a good view from the balcony.

I stayed here for the month of March and really enjoyed myself, the amenities on the property are wonderful with potlucks on Fridays bingo, water aerobics, and steps away from the ocean I would definitely return

Beautiful Resort, space was nice and cozy. The grounds are kept up real nice and have security. Small but efficient with maximizing the space. Great Location with lots to do. Broadway at the Beach, only 20 minute drive. Our host Janet was great, very responsive and quick communication. Will definitely book again, Thanks!

Enjoyed the stay! Was able to stay on site most of the time due to onsite restaurant and bar right off the beach. Parking was 10:00 per day I was not aware of. Great value for the money. Jane was super, I did not lack for information.Hope I can return next year!!

Small studio , but in good shape. What would have made it better was if the owners had cleaned out some of the maintenance materials they left in the closet, like a large pail, flooring and other items that restricted my access to the closet for my stuff. Makes a difference in a small studio. Overall, pretty good.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Everything was as described and very well maintained. I loved the view of the ocean from the bed! The owners were very responsive with questions and we have no complaints. Hopefully we will be back to visit soon.

1 STAR—DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY1 star is honestly generous.Absolutely disgusting. This was not a case of a few things being overlooked, it was a property that appeared to have NOT been properly cleaned or inspected before we arrived. We found what appeared to be BLOOD AND URINE on the bed sheets, BLOOD in the bathroom, and visible MOLD, including mold in the shower. The entire room smelled strongly of mold/mildew. The shower was visibly dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned after the previous guests. There were dirty areas throughout the room that made it very clear basic housekeeping had not been done. Having to question whether the sheets we were expected to sleep on had even been changed is absolutely unacceptable. Bodily fluids and mold are not “minor housekeeping issues”,they are serious sanitation concerns. What made the experience even worse was the hosts’ response. When we contacted them about these issues, they were rude and dismissive instead of being concerned or apologetic. We were also given information about the property that turned out to be untrue/misleading. I don't expect perfection from a rental, but I DO expect clean bedding, a clean bathroom, a clean shower, and a property that doesn't smell like mold. Those are the bare minimum. We took photos documenting the conditions we found. If you are considering booking this property, PLEASE think twice. I would never stay here again and absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament weekend and it was a great fit for our family of three. The resort had plenty to do with several pools, a lazy river, and even an arcade room with pool tables, which kept us entertained during downtime. The location right on the ocean was very convenient and made it easy to enjoy the beach between games.The unit itself is on the smaller side but worked well for a short stay. It might not be ideal for cooking bigger meals, but for a weekend away it was comfortable and met our needs. Overall it was a good place to stay and we enjoyed our time.
