However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 20-minute walk, you will never need to travel far.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks at the Balboa Pier. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING

Construction Notice: There is active construction next door from November 2025 through September 2026. The City of Newport Beach permits work between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays only, with no weekend or holiday construction. Additionally, from April 13 through May 22, structural maintenance and earthquake retrofitting will take place beneath the home. Work may occur Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., and guests may experience noise and worker presence during these hours. Please note that garage access will not be available for Units 1 and 2 during this time, and guests will need to utilize available street parking. Rental rates have been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience.

There is no designated parking included with this unit. Public street parking on Balboa Blvd is available on a first-come, first-served basis and street sweeping/paid parking signs and rules must be followed. Please do not attempt to park in any of the garage spaces or block the alley.

There is no Laundry on site. The closest Laundromat is 0.7 Miles away on 30th St.

High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
