This home is in simply one of the best locations in Newport Beach! I can’t say anything bad about this place. Everything was perfect. Great view, close to amenities, good shower drain, comfy bed, good parking, nice property manager. I will totally book again for next summer.

The property is in a great location to the beach, restaurants and shops.However, the rental is dated and needs an upgrade as the shower door and some kitchen drawers do not operate well and the pull out sofa mattresses are very uncomfortable.

It’s easily one of the best spots in Newport Beach. The views of the Pacific, the people, and the pier are unbeatable. Plenty of parking, a comfortable space, and an overall great vibe. I’d definitely come back again.

Beautiful location and amenities! If only check in could be a little bit earlier for a fuller day. The only negative is the toilet paper… Can’t skimp on the TP! It was worse than the elementary school wax sheets! Lol! We would definitely come back!

Great location. Very clean and spacious. Perfect for our group of 7. Only minor issue was that it got cold at night and we werent able to get heat on…but there were plenty of blankets to help with that.

Good beachfront location and close to restaurants. But there was no heating in house. Heating is a basic amenity especially in winter with kids.

Nice upstairs beach house

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and even though it was really busy we still enjoyed our time. The house was well furnished and had plenty of starter supplies. Enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and extra beach towels.
