The BEST of the best!

The condo is amazing! It's beautifully furnished with a contemporary, industrial look and all the outside walls are floor to ceiling glass (we're talking 25 feet). The views never get old and the power shades will make you feel like a king snapping your fingers. Sheila and Ed treated us like special friends and made us feel very comfortable. They are extremely kind and gracious! If you enjoy cooking, you'll get spoiled by the Viking gas range...now I've got to have one! The security and amenities in the building are top notch and when you do happen to have a question, just stop by and ask the concierge. We worked out in the gym, which is much larger than we anticipated and when we hung out at the pool, we had it all to ourselves. It's truly luxury living at it's best...and you're located in the best spot in Scottsdale! We would be thrilled to visit again!

I will definitely be back next year. The amenities in the building are high class. Roz the manager of the building is extremely helpful with recommendations and assistance. I found a service that picks up and drops off dry cleaning. Very helpful.

Beautiful

My husband and I stayed in this condo October and November, 2016. We felt very lucky to have found such a high end unit. it's been well maintained. Has everything you need to stay an extended period of time. The loft has a king bed, and the main floor bedroom has a queen bed.

The location is perfect! Walkable to Old Town, Fifth Ave Shops, Fashion Square Mall, CVS Pharmacy, and Fry's Grocery. The trolley stop is a half block away.

The pool area is large, with lots of seating. It has a hot tub, unheated pool, fireplace, 2 BBQ pits with a sink and refrigerator.

All in all, a great place. Would highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience - this place is a gem

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful condo for the month of April 2016. This was our first time to rent a condo for a month, so I was a little nervous but this condo exceeded our expectations. It is gorgeous, spacious, beautifully furnished, well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen utensils (it even had an electric kettle...yea!). The balcony is spacious and has sun and shade. We had the use of two underground car park spaces. The building manager was friendly, helpful and informative. The owner was very responsive at all times. Third Ave Lofts is in a great location – just one block from Old Town Scottsdale and the Civic Center, and a couple of blocks from 5th Avenue shopping and dining area, and within easy walking of the Fashion Mall. There is great local golf and tons of hiking trails. I felt completely safe there and went running along the canal regularly. The location is also very close to the baseball stadium. Good value, great location, cool condo. It couldn't have been better! We wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

THE BEST

The loft is luxurious, spacious, well appointed down to the highest quality kitchen utensils! The great location is probably the most wonderful asset of this wonderful place. It is in the midst of old town Scottsdale. You can walk a mile north, south, east, or west and find interesting places to visit. There are a lot of art galleries, restaurants, some museums, and cheap eats/cafes all over the place - and particularly in this part of town. Visit also Taliesen West, the fabulous Musical Instrument Museum (lots on the Beatles, Bluegrass, Country, and 20 other types of American and 200 other countries' music. Golf anywhere; courses are great. You are right in the middle of everything with this great condo. Also, the owners were very responsive and helpful in the few instances when we needed help or advice? Over-the-top nice people! The condo itself is great. And I should add that there is a large patio around two sides of the building. Touch a button and the power shades go up or down anywhere or everywhere in the condo. First rate in everything. Newish building. Furniture is modern but comfortable. Kitchen is very large and fully equipped. Nothing is scraped or old-looking in the unit, or anywhere around the building. 5 stars.

One of the Best

I've rented properties from VRBO before with positive experiences. But this property was beyond exceptional; and the owners were superb to work with. The location is incredible with countless restaurants and stores just outside your door. The loft itself was comfortable, stylish and quiet. The building's staff were so very helpful and friendly. Thank you to the owners for making this place available to be experienced. It is my earnest hope to return to it in the future.
