This unit is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. The "O" building is the closest to the beach in the Ocean Village Club Condominiums, offering unbeatable proximity to the sand and sea. With its open floor plan and plenty of space, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Resort-Style Amenities: You will have the most optimal access to the beach access area compared to others in the Ocean Village Club Condominiums (beach chairs provided in the unit). Guests have access to two pools—one just behind your condo, surrounded by open lawn areas, shuffleboard, and private beach access. The second pool (heated in winter) includes a fitness center and adjacent tennis courts, located centrally within the complex. For outdoor enjoyment, there are grilling and picnic pavilions with ample space to gather with family and friends to relax. - Please note we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
- This property allows one dog but the breed & weight must be approved prior to booking. If approved, there is a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 as well as providing current vaccination paperwork to the HOA office

- You will receive a digital welcome guide from us approx. 3 days prior to check-in.

- Parking is free. You will receive the code to the gate and there will be parking and gate passes in the unit when you check-in.
