Esta unidad recientemente remodelada cuenta con una cocina nueva, completa con gabinetes de cerezo, electrodomésticos nuevos y encimeras de granito; dos baños nuevos; nuevos muebles; y dos pantallas planas LED: 42 "en la sala de estar y 24" en la suite principal.

La cocina tiene todas las ollas, sartenes y platos que necesita para servir a un grupo grande, y hay una despensa espaciosa para que almacene sus suministros. La cocina está abierta a la sala de estar, separada por una barra de cuatro asientos y una mesa con capacidad para ocho personas.

El salón es muy cómodo con amplios asientos para su grupo. Hay juegos, rompecabezas y libros para su uso junto con una variedad de DVD y cintas VHS. Disfruta del reproductor de música iTunes y de nuestra chimenea de leña. Suministramos leña. La entrada del edificio Paradise está en el tercer piso. Hay un tramo de escaleras para acceder a la P-203.

Su apartamento está cerca de la elevación de la pared Oeste. Un corto paseo hasta el final del estacionamiento, esquís, y estás en las laderas!

Instalaciones del complejo están seguros para completar su experiencia. Como oficina y personal en el sitio hace que sea fácil de check-in / out y responder a cualquier pregunta que surja durante su estancia. Good - Nice view, good sleeping accomodations, nice kitchen appliances and cabinets, Not so good - small kitchen, need better cooking pots and pans,screen doors not working properly, hard getting clothing and travel items from car to property, hard getting food in with long stairways.

We had plenty of room, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the porch was lovely. There was a trail from the condo to Mount CB base that we used so we didn't have to drive anywhere and there is free bus transportation from Mount CB to Crested Butte.The only thing we were disappointed with (and we totally own that it's our own fault) is that there is only 1 designated day that you can get service. We missed this important piece of information, and the office was closed on the weekend, so we had to use the same towels the whole time and we ran out of toilet paper (we had to buy additional rolls).

Incredible location. Great property.

We love staying on this side of the mountain. Property is a bit old but very clean and updated. Family of 5 was there with beds to spare. We will try to book this unit again next year. Property management is great.

Lovely Accommodations

This unit provided plenty of space, seating and sleeping accommodations for 5 adults and 1 child. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils that made cooking in a pleasure! The only downside was that ski in was not quite as easy as ski out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice condo with great mountain access

We had a great experience! The condo was very well stocked, cozy and comfortable, and could hardly have had better mountain access - 2 minute walk to skiing. Plenty of parking, hot tub was great, the shuttle service was very handy, and management was very kind and responsive. I recommend it!

Great Ski in Ski Out

We have stayed at this property several times. It is a great location for ski in ski out. Easy check in, responsive manager. Only thing I wish it had was a washer/dryer in the unit. There is a community one on the first floor.

We love CB

Great unit that fit us just perfectly. Location is great but parking by the condo is tough. Not easy to drive to it in the snow and not enough spaces for all the vehicles. But we would stay there again.

Even easier to ski back in the afternoon. There is a complimentary shuttle that will pick you up at you condo and bring you down to the resort, or downtown CB. (and back)

Spring Break Family of 5 ski trip

I will definitely rent again. The only critique is for the San Moritz management regarding parking lot clearing...The week we were there temps were in the high teens - low 30s and no snow. Unfortunately the parking lot was a mess to actually pull into a space. The drives up to the lots were fine/cleared, but the parking lot spaces were atrocious. Definitely need better care in keeping lot cleared of melting/refreezing snow. The lot was finally cleared the second to last day of our stay which was appreciated.

Christmas Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed about 4 days the week of Christmas. 6 Adults and 1 child. The facility fit us perfect! My concern was in finding the kitchenware adequate for fixing Christmas dinner. Plenty of dishware and utensils were found. What was not found would be things such as plastic wrap or foil, napkins, storage bags, and trash bags. Family was a bit frustrated with the limited supply and quality of soap and bathroom/kitchen paper supply. Trash pick up the following Monday morning took place earlier than 10:00 promised and the dumpster at the end of the condo block that we took our own trash to was full to the brim and over flowing.Those of us that skied learned that you are able to get on to the nearby ski area only if you have your own equipment and ski pass, otherwise you will be driving over to the base to get set up. Those of us that did not ski were disappointed the advertised dog sledding and horse carriage rides that did not exist in CB. This is not a condo error.People should be provided a map for the complexes before they arrive rather than in their key packet. A family member was lost trying to find the condo rented. Also, people should know that there may be a walk from their parking spot to the front door and a walk down a flight of stairs as there is no elevator. The property management contacted ahead and had everything prepare for our arrival. I would stay here again.

Wonderful property and property managers

We enjoyed this condo very much. We were looking for ski in/ski out and chose this condo for that reason. The ski in is a little more difficult for amateur skiers, but it can be done with a little extra work! The condo was very nice and very well stocked with everything we would need. The property management was very helpful with a lot of communication through the entire process. We did have an issue with our rental car because it was not a 4 wheel drive. We got stuck trying to get up to the office. But, the office staff did everything possible to get us out. Jennifer even gave me the shovel out of her car. She was able to get one of their employees to pull us enough to get out of the situation. Everything about our stay was great! They provide firewood for the fireplace and you are able to reserve a time in the hot tub. We enjoyed everything about our stay in the condo.

Excellent condo with the necessities, amenities, ski in and ski out!

Owner has done very nice work inside and is very well supplied for cooking, games, sleeping, etc. We own a Tahoe second home and it was nice to stay at someone's property who cares -- thank you!
