We are truly so sorry for your disappointment in this condo that you stayed in at Land's End! We did receive the comments that you left and have passed that over to the owners for their review and knowledge, thank you for your feedback. We will be sure to take a look at each and every item you have listed and we will be sure to discuss this with our housekeeping staff as well; those items should not have even been an issue for you. We completely understand that you did not want to have anyone come through for any maintenance or housekeeping items, however, we could have helped with some of those items to make you more comfortable during your again, they never should have been a problem for you from the very beginning and we will most certainly address this. You stated that you loved the complex and we would love to have you back at it!! We have quite a large inventory to choose from and we would be happy to help find you the right fit should you return.

We are so glad to hear you thought this beautiful condo was clean and in excellent condition, however, we do apologize for any odors that you may have experienced. Thank you for calling us so that we could get that ionizer over for you, we are glad that helped with the situation. After your departure we did have our housekeeping go through the unit and they did not report any kind of odor that was noticed so we do feel it was an isolated event. We have not had any kind of negative feedback about this since your departure. We do advise the owners on improvements or feedback that has been received.
