Este recientemente actualizado condominio frente al mar de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en Land's End tiene increíbles vistas del Golfo desde su sala de estar, dormitorio principal y, por supuesto, su balcón privado. La hermosa cocina completamente surtida se ha hecho con encimeras de granito, los baños principales y de invitados se han actualizado y se ven hermosos, pisos más nuevos, muebles renovados y mucho más. ¡Todas las comodidades del hogar adentro y muchas comodidades afuera hacen de esta una verdadera escapada de vacaciones! Excellent beach condo!

We spent a week at this condo for our anniversary. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The balcony beach view was amazing, especially for watching dolphins and sunsets! The community areas were all well maintained and amenities were nice. The kitchen was functional, though some better cookware would have been appreciated. Even with that, I think the kitchen was better than average for a rental properties. Processes and instructions from Resort Rentals were clear and timely.

There were some tiny things wrong with the unit like toilet paper holder in master was loose and the darn toaster needs replaced. Took six times to makeToast! but nothing we couldn’t live with! Beautiful layout and great views from master bedroom and living room. Felt safe and secure there. Nice place.

We could have replaced the toaster had we been notified. We are glad you found the condo had a beautiful layout and had great views whilst feeling safe and secure in the gated community. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very good rental experience. Overall the Condo was nice and the decor was lovely. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the Gulf waves. The Condo is roomy. Master bed was very comfortable.The biggest negative was the moldy, musty smell. I don’t know if it is due to the bedrooms being carpeted or the air ducts needing to be cleaned and AC filters needing to be changed. I would stay in this Condo again if source of the mold and the mold itself is eliminated.

Williams stay with Resort Rentals at Lands End

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Resort Rentals went above and beyond to make our vacation a good one. Our initial rental condo at Lands End was due for some last minute renovation and the elevator might not be in service. RR called us immediately and helped us find a comparable condo at Lands End with a delay of one week arrival and departure. Some very slight problems came up when we first arrived and RR was there to help immediately. This is the third time we have used RR and the way they operate makes planning a vacation easy and efficient. The unit is in a great location and with a very few minor changes is a great place to stay.

Great view - Under construction notice would have been nice

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amid the Covid-19 confusion, Dawn worked diligently to get us in our rental unit. The building was scheduled to be under major structural construction for several months. That information was omitted all through the booking process. Unfortunately the noise that could be heard from our unit as well as the pool and beach became a thorn in our side. When we notified the rental company, we were compensated 20% but could not move and was not able to offer any other accommodation. 3 weeks later, I still don't have a refund.

Fun-tastic!

Resort Rentals website: was very easy to navigate, view pictures and descriptions of rentals, and book online. The office to pick-up the key was conveniently located close to the resort.Our rental at Lands End Resort was absolutely phenomenal. Beachfront condo with all the amenities one could need. The resort complex is meticulously maintained and enjoys a more mature, classy type of vacation renter. Families that had young children made sure they were well-behaved and not a menace which was much appreciated. The resort has rules which are beneficial for ALL guests and residents. This is our second year staying at Lands End in the month of May-which we think is the perfect time to visit. Always tons of activities to stay as busy as you like or you can just relax at the beach or saltwater pool. This year we visited the Dali, Museum of Fine Arts, Chihuly, and took a Segway tour of St. Petersburg-all were fabulous experiences.

Land's End 403 building 9

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit had some issues and was definitely not a premier unit. Paid $3100 which was over a $1000 more than the usual amount. Chips in wall, dirty throw rugs, door on fridge broke, toilet paper holder broke, etc. Two of the three TV's were not working but they were just wired wrong and since I know how to work on TV's was able to correct. The TV issue was noted in previous review and I assume never corrected. The view is great but smaller balcony(furniture on balcony very nice) four people would not fit on balcony comfortably. Furniture in living room uncomfortable. Always stay at Lands End and will continue to do so but will not book this unit again. We always stay in top floor but would book lower floor before this one.

Nice area and grounds, unit disappointing

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the area and the complex, but considering the price we paid for this unit, we were pretty disappointed in the condition. Light bulbs out, vertical blind issues, queen bed in 2nd bedroom sank to the floor when I sat on it. Upon inspection, looks like the box springs was broken, and kept sliding off the rail. Couches were worn. All of this we could've overlooked better if the unit had been super clean. It wasn't. Bath rugs dirty, found hairs on Master bath sink, mirror dirty, floors felt sticky in spots. Just didn't feel very clean. Unit has such potential. Really pretty and could be very nice. Just needs some attention and maintenance. I did not call for maintenance, as we were able to deal with the issues, and I am a female traveling with my two daughters, and didn't want anyone coming in while we were there. I did write all of this down when I returned the keys at the end of our stay (rental company was closed when we checked out), so I am hoping these issues will be addressed.

We did receive the comments that you left and have passed that over to the owners for their review and knowledge, thank you for your feedback. We will be sure to take a look at each and every item you have listed and we will be sure to discuss this with our housekeeping staff as well; those items should not have even been an issue for you. We completely understand that you did not want to have anyone come through for any maintenance or housekeeping items, however, we could have helped with some of those items to make you more comfortable during your again, they never should have been a problem for you from the very beginning and we will most certainly address this. You stated that you loved the complex and we would love to have you back at it!! We have quite a large inventory to choose from and we would be happy to help find you the right fit should you return.

Lots of chairs, kick boards and floats available in the condo for our use! My husband and I love Lands Ends and will continue visiting for many years to come!

Great location, tired condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is listed as a "Premier Condo", which it is not. Other than the ideal location, the condo lacks several things:The living room couch is extremely uncomfortable. The slider doors and screens need to be replaced, they don't stay on track or close properly and the screens are not in tact.The fake plants collect tons of dust and really need to be thrown out. It's a problem if you have allergies.The kitchen light has grease all over it and dead bugs trapped inside. Gross.The cleaning of the unit was not up to snuff compared to our other stays with Resort Rentals at Land's End.The property at Land's End is impeccable and that's why we come back. I would not rent this particular condo again. The owner is aware of these issues because other people have commented likewise. Resort Rentals needs to reconsider listing this as a Premier Condo.

Pool Rules?

Security targeted a young man because he had a can in a cuzzie sitting on the pool deck. They called police because he would not leave. I did not see one person take a shower before entering pool. Children had floats in the pool. None of violations were addressed! Just to stressful for everyone watching this.

Highly recommend, especially for couples, but also great for kids. The place is close to is clean and well maintained...the people at the 'gate house' are always there and pleasant. All in all, this was one of the best, if not THE best beach vacation we've had.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love Resort Rentals; used them for nearly 15 years, will continue in the future. That said, this unit could stand to have some attention. The appliances in the kitchen were dated; the microwave had duct tape on it, the stove was slow to heat up, etc. The showers did not drain properly; the bathrooms could use vent fans as well as fresh paint; hall bathroom had dark spots on wall near shower--unsure if mold. The sliding door to the balcony had glass that appeared to be falling apart/seal was coming undone. Let in a lot of heat during the afternoon when the Sun is glaring down on it. Location was great. No pest problems, but compared to other Resort Rentals units, this one could use some attention and upgrades.

Reviewer Comments: Bathrooms were clean and there appeared to be clean sheets on the beds, but the rest of the unit was dirty. Carpets and floors were a mess. I found broken Oreos everywhere - even under the tv cabinet. The unit just needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I don’t blame the owners as they have a nice place - I believe the cleaning group needs to take more time and actually clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here the previous year and loved this condo so we decided to come again this year for two weeks in June...turned out to be a mistake. Although the condo was clean and in excellent condition it had a very strong mold/mildewy odor that was not present the previous year. I found it very disturbing and was, unfortunately, somewhat relieved when the two weeks was over. It was strongest in the master bedroom and from the vent above the refrigerator. The property management gave us an ionizer (?) which helped somewhat but I unfortunately I will not stay in this unit again. Loved the complex and will come again, just not this one, unless measures are taken to eradicate the odor. Upon checkout I asked the management company to inform the owner about our experience but never heard anything.

We are so glad to hear you thought this beautiful condo was clean and in excellent condition, however, we do apologize for any odors that you may have experienced. Thank you for calling us so that we could get that ionizer over for you, we are glad that helped with the situation. After your departure we did have our housekeeping go through the unit and they did not report any kind of odor that was noticed so we do feel it was an isolated event. We have not had any kind of negative feedback about this since your departure. We do advise the owners on improvements or feedback that has been received. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you back for another visit.
