Welcome to Citrus Coastal Retreat! This 3-bedroom home near Indian Rocks Beach offers a private pool, tropical yard, and cheerful sunshine and lemon-inspired decor. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living space, and outdoor dining area perfect for relaxing. Just minutes from the beach, dining, and shopping, this retreat is ideal for families, friends, or couples. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or unwinding by the pool, your perfect Florida getaway awaits! Book now!

We’ll provide you with an access key code on the day of your arrival. This will allow you to check yourself into the property. Please make sure you have received the code before you travel. If you haven’t received this before setting off, please contact us. There`s nothing worse than arriving somewhere new (potentially at night) and not being able to get in!

We are available via phone 24/7 for any of your needs. Our local property manager is available for emergencies. Feel free to reach out to us anytime!

Centrally located in Pinellas County, easy access to all of the beaches, St Pete Clearwater Airport, Tampa and St Petersburg

Pool/Beach Towels beach chairs and umbrella are available for use. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal.

For the kids: We have a pack n play, games, coloring books and a few toddler toys.

Pool Heat: $25 per day. Pool settings are all scheduled ahead of time. When purchased, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temp drops below 70 degrees, it can affect the pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pets: We are pet friendly (Dogs Only) Bring your fur baby for a relaxing vacation! Maximum 2 dogs only for $150 fee per stay.

Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) in the house or outside on the patio or within 25ft of the home. A fee of $500 for Ozone cleaning will be charged.

Memorial Day weekend stay

We recently stayed at this rental for Memorial Day weekend. Overall, the house was cute, very tiny, and clean, and the host was very nice.However, we weren't entirely impressed with the stay. The listing stated two queen beds, but it was actually one queen and one full-size bed with a fitted sheet that constantly slipped off, which was a bit frustrating. The biggest drawback for us was the location. The house backs right up to a school and is not situated in the nicest neighborhood, which wasn't what we expected. Additionally, the backyard offers zero shade, making it less enjoyable during the warmer parts of the day.While the location wasn't ideal for us, a significant plus is its very close proximity to Indian Rocks Beach, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We also felt the pictures online made the property look a lot nicer than it appeared in person.If location is a top priority for you, this might not be the best fit. However, for its cleanliness, a kind host, and easy access to the beach, it has its merits.
