Great stay!

We had a great overall stay. Super close to lots of eateries and activities. Our host was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely rent again the next time we're in the area.

Everything was wonderful!!

The condo had everything we needed and more! Very clean, convenient and quiet property. Management was very friendly, helpful and accommodating! Can’t wait to visit Clearwater again and we’ll definitely stay at this property!

Clean and well appointed

The check-in process was easy, the condo was clean and well appointed with everything you need. The location is close to shopping and grocery stores and a short drive to the beaches and ballparks for spring training.

Wonderful cozy stay

Very well done! This was our first vrbo experience and she set the bar high. Everything you need is provided and all labeled. Great central location close to many beaches and things to do. Would def recommend and stay again!

Great Location

Avalon at Clearwater, Florida was a great location (less than ten minutes to Clearwater Beach and about thirty minutes from the Tampa Airport). Outdoor pool was heated and our accommodations were great. We will be returning to the Avalon in March 2025.

Great Getaway!

We were so lucky that this rental was available last minute. We loved everything about it! Communication with Margaret was top notch and the place was clean and exactly as described! It was exactly what we needed for a short stay! We will definitely rent here again when visiting Clearwater!
