I am jumping all over this situation today. We sent our main inspector to the house, and she stated she did not find any mold and went through the house with a fine tooth comb. We would have been happy to move you out of the house if you were uncomfortable at an upgrade. I am sending a mold specialist out today, but nothing has been reported by the cleaners or any previous guests. This issue will be resolved, but again we did not find mold when we went to the home.

Thank you for the review. We appreciate your business, and are always looking to give our guests the best experience possible. I take these reviews seriously, and always address them personally with our vendors. I am glad you liked the house, but I want to start out by apologizing about the pool. After calling our pool vendor, it was reported to me that the pool heater was broken and unfortunately we were waiting on the vendor to deliver the part. If our staff did not contact you promptly to let you know the situation, I truly apologize. That's not how we do business! I am not making excuses, but since these are privately owned homes and we are not a hotel sometimes things break. We inspect the homes thoroughly and send a pool tech out before guests arrived. I am seeing why this was not caught in that process. We did offer the discount off your stay for the issues. I don't feel 10% is an insult. Guests get free access to all the resort amenities which are right down the road. This includes a massive community pool and hot tub which is heated. I understand completely wanting a private pool, but I think stating we ruined your entire vacation is not really fair. We apologized profusely, refunded $, and did everything we could in our power to make this bad situation right.
