● Passport Requirements: After your booking is confirmed, please send us soft copies of your passports before your check-in date. This is necessary for building security access and to register your stay with the Dubai Tourism authorities, as required by law.
● Check-Out Details: The standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. Please note, if the check-out is delayed and prevents our cleaning team from starting on time, a fee of AED 150 per hour will apply until 1 PM. After 1 PM, a late check-out fee of AED 1000 will be charged for any delays caused to cleaning operations.
● Property Access Cards: Kindly return all parking and gym access cards in good condition upon checking out. A fee of AED 500 will be charged for each card that is lost or damaged.
● No Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will incur a fee between AED 3500 to AED 5000, covering odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
● Maximum Capacity: The maximum occupancy for this property is eight guests, which is strictly limited to six adults and two children under the age of 14.
