Incredible ocean views from this direct oceanfront 2 Bed / 2 Bath condo on the 10th floor of One Ocean Place Tower, located in Garden City. The spectacular ocean views can be seen from the breakfast bar, dining area, living room and main bedroom. Your private balcony has a table and seating enjoy reading a book, working or studying remotely. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).



One Ocean Place is an oceanfront 13 story high rise building located in Garden City. The electronic gates provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.



**The Government Beach Renourishment Project is occurring in nearby areas. The project will run – Myrtle Beach to State Park to Garden City / Georgetown County. This may affect the beach at your property. The project is permitted for, and will be constructed, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Noise and beach interruption should be expected. **

Our (my wife and I) stay at One Ocean Place was fantastic. The condo had a great view and was well appointed. It had great beach access and was not crowded. The people were nice and helpful. It is a short drive to Myrtle Beach without the congestion of actually staying in Myrtle Beach. We would definitely recommend it.

Overall the property was very very good. There were some things that needed updating in the near future. The patio furniture needed cleaning/updating. I would have liked for more towels. The kitchen was very well equipped though this trip we didn’t use anything.

Great host. Clean. Dated decor. Jacuzzi bathtub/shower difficult to step into, but other bathroom has walk-in shower. Great views, nice balcony, easy access to beach and pools. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property with a tremendous ocean view — our family enjoyed every second of it. The sunrise was the absolute highlight, and beach access was awesome. The place was very well kept.My only feedback is on check-in. The welcome email said we'd receive the garage access codes through the MyQ app before arrival, but that never came through. We checked in Thursday around 4pm and spent about 15 minutes trying to get into the parking garage. I reached out and the host responded and provided the codes, which I appreciated — but the actual text with the access details didn't arrive until Friday morning. Smoother check-in instructions would have made an already great stay perfect.

Great view. Needs updating badly. Beds were ok. Nice balcony, but really dirty outside furniture. Had 3 TVs, but no instructions on how to work them. Finally got lucky and got them to work. Only had 2 remotes for 3 TVs. The primary bathroom tub drained very slowly. One light was out in the hall bathroom. Had trouble getting info to get into the parking garage. Once in, had a card to get in and out. Nice pool and great beach area.

Relaxing getaway

The condo was spacious, clean and well furnished. Not enough hot water for jacuzzi bath. Beachfront and very safe. Beautiful views. Conveniently close to everything! I will definitely plan another stay!

One Ocean Place has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.
