Welcome to Casa Loma, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home located in the heart of Englewood, Florida. With 1,040 square feet of comfortable living space, this inviting retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation, privacy, and classic Florida charm.
Inside, you`ll find a comfortable living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The home also features a bright air conditioned Florida room, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or relaxing after a day at the beach.
Step outside to your own private oasis. The heated pool is the centerpiece of the screened lanai, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that creates a peaceful outdoor space. Spend your days relaxing poolside, enjoying outdoor dining, or cooling off in the refreshing pool.
Casa Loma is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Englewood, where you can explore charming shops, waterfront restaurants, tiki bars, and venues with live music. The nearby Dearborn Street Historic District hosts popular farmers markets, art walks, and community events throughout the year.
For nature lovers, the home offers easy access to the beautiful waters of Lemon Bay, where you can enjoy kayaking, fishing, boating, and paddleboarding. Several public boat ramps are located nearby for easy access to the water.
Just a short drive away, you’ll find Englewood Beach and Manasota Key, known for their soft sandy beaches, excellent shelling, and stunning Gulf Coast sunsets.
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the private pool and outdoor living spaces. Whether you`re relaxing by the pool, exploring nearby beaches, or enjoying local restaurants and live music, Casa Loma is the perfect place for your Florida getaway. House Rules Applies to All Paradise Breeze Vacation Rentals – Florida
By booking and occupying this property, you agree to comply with the following House Rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, loss of deposit, or termination of the reservation without refund.
Occupancy Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Exceeding occupancy or misrepresentation of guest count may result in immediate termination without refund.
Minimum Age & Age-Restricted Communities The primary renter must be at least 18 years old. Some properties are located in HOA-governed or age-restricted communities, including 55+ communities. In these cases: All guests, occupants, and visitors must meet HOA age requirements Age restrictions may apply to primary renters and additional occupants HOA approval or age verification may be required Failure to comply may result in denied access, termination of the stay, or HOA fines. These situations are not grounds for a refund.
Check-In / Check-Out Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 10:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and requires prior approval. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges.
Noise, Parties & Community Standards This is not a party property. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM No parties, events, or gatherings Guests must comply with local ordinances and community rules Noise complaints, HOA violations, or law-enforcement involvement may result in immediate termination without refund.
Smoking & Vaping Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home, garage, lanai, balconies, and near open doors or windows. Minimum $400 cleaning and deodorization fee applies Additional remediation costs may be charged if required
Pets Pets are allowed only in approved pet-friendly properties with prior written approval and applicable fees paid. If approved: Pets must be leashed outdoors Guests must clean up after pets immediately Pets may not disturb neighbors or damage the property Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or termination.
Pool & Hot Tub (If Applicable) Use at your own risk. No diving, running, or horseplay Children must be supervised at all times No glass in pool or lanai areas Guests may not adjust pool equipment, heaters, timers, or valves Service calls or damage due to misuse will be charged to the guest.
Parking Parking rules vary by property and may be governed by HOA or community regulations. Park only in approved or assigned spaces No parking on lawns, sidewalks, fire lanes, or unassigned areas Boats, trailers, RVs, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, or oversized vehicles are not permitted unless approved in writing Towing, fines, or HOA penalties due to parking violations are the guest’s responsibility.
Cleaning & Trash Guests are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness. Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins Follow posted recycling rules All trash and personal items must be removed at check-out Excessive mess or improper disposal may result in additional cleaning charges.
Appliances, Utilities & AC Use Use appliances and systems as instructed. Do not set AC below reasonable temperatures Turn off lights and appliances when not in use Do not tamper with thermostats, electrical panels, or equipment Damage caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.
Maintenance & Property Access Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately. Do not attempt repairs Management may enter the property for emergencies, safety concerns, or HOA compliance Failure to report issues promptly may increase guest liability.
Behavior & Legal Compliance Guests must behave respectfully and comply with all laws. No illegal substances or illegal activities No unsafe or disruptive behavior Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
Security, Cameras & Safety Lock doors and windows when leaving Do not share access codes or keys
SECURITY CAMERAS DISCLOSURE: No security cameras are installed anywhere on this property. Confirmed via signed owner disclosure on file.
Liability Guests assume all risk for injuries, accidents, or loss during the stay. The owner and management are not responsible for personal injury or loss of personal belongings. Damage, Theft & Missing Items Guests are financially responsible for damage, theft, or missing items. Costs may be charged to the card on file All damage must be reported immediately
Visitors Visitors are not permitted without prior approval. Unauthorized guests or visitors may result in additional fees or termination. Cancellations & Early Departure Guests are responsible for understanding the cancellation policy. Early departure, late arrival, or weather-related interruptions do not qualify for refunds Rule violations may void refund eligibility
Force Majeure Management is not responsible for disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, utility outages, governmental actions, or events beyond reasonable control.
Emergency Contact For emergencies or urgent maintenance issues, contact property management immediately using the communication method provided in your reservation.

The check in was smooth and property manager, responsive. We had an issue with the pool not being heated sunday through Wednesday. This was the o ly blight on our stay.

Heather and Jeff were fantastic guests and a pleasure to host. Communication was clear and timely from the beginning, and they followed all house rules with care and respect.
The property was left in great condition—clean, tidy, and just as it was upon check-in. It’s always appreciated when guests treat the space as if it were their own.
