Great location. Outdoor living was an awesome. The weather was perfect during our stay. (We did not use the hot tub but a feel of the water confirmed it was hot.) There is plenty of room inside with a large open floor plan. Lots of windows for great views of the lake. We even saw some eagles! Close to the grocery stores, gas/charging stations, etc.

The location is very nice and was as advertised. For a summer vacation I would not want to stay here on a very hot day, the AC was not very affective. The home could really use a deep cleaning between visitor stays, you could tell a hasty clean up was done before our arrival,. If you have an outdoor area for a nightly fire maybe some firewood would be nice.i think we left the property cleaner that. we arrived.

Quick trip to NY for a funeral

Great spot, even if the weather was freezing. Would love to see this place in the summer months. Fireplace was a big plus, and the hot tub was also very nice and very hot! Would stay here again!

DO NOT RENT FROM TOBY. He notified me of no plumbing 4 days before we were to arrive. Over next few days he would only answer if I reached out on status. 24 hours before arrival I once again asked status - he told me VRBO suggested I cancel. When I did, I was told I would only get 400 back and informed Toby he needed to ask for full refund to me due to property having no plumbing. One week later no refund is n works according to my phone call with VRBO. EVERY day I asked Toby status of refund and even had to show him how to do it. HE NEVER ASKED FOR ONE and because of that it shows our stay was completed so VRBO cannot issue refund unless owner asks for one.I am out almost 2000. Toby won't answer phone call from VRBO. He is not to be trusted.

This is not true VRBO controls the money. They did send you a full refund.
