Lovely host, amazing views, perfect for our group of four!! Everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards, hot tub, and fishing off the pier!

Don is the owner and the most gracious and accommodating host. This is the 3rd time I have rented this property. It is perfect. It is right on the lake. So accessible. Dive right in. The hot tub lets you warm and then cold plunge (but not too cold in late summer!). The view is mesmerizing. So comfortable too. All you need.

We loved staying at The Cottage. Don was extremely helpful in getting us settled.The location was wonderful. The Marymoor Village Station was 15 minutes up the road and it was so easy to take the light rail into Seattle. The lake was great and being able to take the kayaks and paddle boards out. My kids enjoyed that so much. We had the best time and would recommend the Cottage.

A lovely relaxing home on Lake Samm.Wonderful host. Comes with a heron sitting on a large floaty, during early morning hours. If you are looking for a fun spot for lake activities, this is the place.

Amazing setting and stay. We couldn't have had a better experience being right on the lake and adjacent to the east Lake Sammamish trail. Fishing off the dock with our extended families one day visit was a special highlight, while kayaking on glassy water and riding the trail provided lasting memories.

The water veiw is amazing . Host was accommodating, clean unit and comfortable. Parking is a challenge and it was difficult getting in and out on a busy road . Overall it was a good stay .

Awesome place!

This was a great place to stay. The home is right on the lake and also 5 mins from grocery stores and restaurants. We were in town for a concert in Woodinville and it was about a 20 minute drive- super easy. Beautiful, clean and comfortable home with AC and comfy beds. The host is friendly and helpful, we wish we could have stayed longer to hang out!

Beautiful and peaceful

This was a lovely place to stay, incredibly quiet and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the direct access to the beautiful walking/biking path that goes around the lake. The house is cozy and clean, with all the amenities you could need. The property managers are super friendly and considerate, we felt very welcomed.

This is my happy place!

This was our second stay at this property. The location is bliss, Don and his team are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our vacation was restful, serene and absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Lake Sammamish Lake House

We had such a wonderful time at this lake house. The property is just as the pictures and the location is simply perfect. Sunrise and Sunsets on the dock are spectacular. We took our teenage girls here for Spring Break and had the best time. Communication was very prompt and it was easy to find. I highly recommend this location.
