We travel and also have condo in Denver. Letting other people use San Jose home helps us pay for travel and condo in Denver. We have raised two sons, an attorney in Denver and a Medical Product Manager in Scottsdale AZ. We are nearing retirement age. We bought this home and completely restored it while keeping 1925 historic feel but adding conveniences and quality of today. Wolf Gas Range, Sub Zero Fridge, Bosch Dishwasher, Wine Cellar, etc...
