Beautiful BEACHFRONT condo on Makaha shore, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
 Enjoy your breathtaking ocean views and sunset views from the bedroom, kitchen and lanai areas.
The beach is filled with white soft sand, turquoise clear water, and plenty of reef to explore.  This beach is never crowded, like your private beach.  The moon and stars at night offerbreathtaking views with reflection on the ocean with constant waves breaking. 
 
A 12-foot wide lanai is for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air while watching the ocean waves, dolphins (seasonal), and turtles. Eating dinner and having drinks outside while watching beautiful sunsets right out front of the lanai to forget the hustle and bustle of the city.
You can do swimming, snorkeling, surfing, kayaking, boogie boarding, paddle boating …
The condo is located on high ground, with lots of air flow and spectacular views—mountains in the front, and the ocean in the back.  You really don’t need any AC, but one AC is available for you just in case.  
 
The condo has been renovated totally like brand new, with grand kitchen.  You will feel at home with full of utensils and expensive appliances— big refrigerator, dishwasher, and induction cooktop…
 
New 55 inches TV with a futon and sleeper ottoman.  Elegant bathroom with glass shower door, Vigo vessel sink and touch screen mirror.  Comfortable queen bed in the bedroom with beautiful view of the ocean.
 
We have beach chairs, beach umbrella, and other things that you might want to use to take advantage of the beach and ocean.
Free parking, free wifi, gated building with 24 hours security guards (Makaha Beach Cabanas).  Keyless check in.
 
Trash chute is on every floor to the left end.
 
Maximum 4 people.  
No party, no pet, no smoking -- violation will be subject to penalty and eviction.
