El plano de planta abierto hace que el espacio sea perfecto para entretener a tu familia y amigos.

Primer nivel: el plan de piso abierto une el espacio de estar grande con la cocina / comedor. La cocina es
totalmente equipado para el entretenimiento con un horno de chef, mostradores de granito, lavaplatos, enfriador de vino y una gran isla con capacidad para 10. También en el segundo nivel, el dormitorio de invitados se encuentra en el frente de la casa con su propio balcón privado. El cuarto de baño tiene una ducha.
Cuenta con una cama queen size. Amplio espacio de guardarropas.

Tercer nivel: el segundo dormitorio principal tiene una cama King con baño en suite. Este piso se abre a una terraza con la bañera de hidromasaje y el acceso a la escalera de caracol hasta la plataforma de la viuda en el techo de la casa con vistas de 360 grados de los bosques y el océano.

Un total de 5 televisores se encuentran en todos los espacios comunes y en cada habitación. Teléfono fijo con larga distancia gratis a los EE. UU., Canadá y México, así como una impresora / escáner de fax disponible.

Una lavadora y secadora está disponible para uso de los huéspedes. La casa está equipada con toallas de baño, toallas de playa y sillas de playa.

Fun and Spacious Family/Group House

We had a great week in Ptown. The house is fully equipped, and Jay is a wonderful host. It's comfortably spacious, with a perfect layout that allows everyone to gather for a drink, meal, or game night—while still offering privacy and personal space when needed. There’s plenty of natural light throughout the house thanks to the many windows. The bedrooms are all large and feature en suite bathrooms. There are several decks and a great back patio for outdoor space. This has been my family’s favorite vacation rental so far, and we’re already planning a return trip for next year! (And most importantly, our dog was very happy and comfortable here too.)

We had an amazing visit in Provincetown. This home is perfect for small groups of adults. It’s well furnished and appointed and the host is very friendly and attentive. Our group was 5 older adults and we could the layout perfect as we were able to gather together or in smaller groups as needed. The bedrooms are all en-suite and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Nice house, super location

We spent a beautiful week in this house and it was pretty much exactly what we had hoped. The house is modern and clean. Plenty of space for 3 bedrooms. Lacked only a common area deck for socializing but each bedroom does have outdoor space. Location is the best thing about this house. It is in the quiet west end of PTown, a very pleasant walk to town and about a mile from Herring Cove beach. Easy to bike anywhere in the area but mostly we walked. Only used the car to transport the dog to the beach. Jay was an excellent host. Would definitely return.

Great space for a group of 6 - very spacious! Appreciated the location being close to the beach and PTown Inn. Was a great little escape ◡̈ Our host was communicative and accommodating - just as you would expect! Would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

Just an ideal property for a PTown getaway! The home is spacious and luxurious, with everything you could need to enjoy your time as a group in wonderfully appointed and generous common spaces but also simply dreamy private bedrooms (and bathrooms - not a bad shower in the house... sigh) A perfect setting for making great memories! Thanks for the opportunity to make this our "home base" on a wonderful vacation!

Joyful June vacation

The house was spacious. There were 4 full bathrooms, which was a huge plus for our family. The location was quiet but close enough to walk into all the activity of Provincetown. It was also close to Herring Cove and Race Point beaches and very easy to get to from rte 6. We did a lot of cooking and there was everything we needed. Jay, the owner, was very responsive to all of our needs. We would definitely come back!

An excellent property in the must charming town in America

We go to Provincetown every year for the last 20yrs and we had stayed in this property before (under different management 2-3 times). The property is excellent and in pristine conditions. We had an incredible time in Provincetown and the house full filled all our expectations. Jay, the host was extremely kind and placed attention to every detail to make our time the best. He was the perfect host. I will definitely return the next year and I hope to rent the property again. Overall one of the best properties to spend time in the Cape Cod area.

Wonderful Experience in PTown

Our group of 12 rented both houses side-by-side. The location is excellent, within a short walk of Provincetown Inn and its pilgrim-hat-shaped pool :) The primary suite in each house on the second level is an especially impressive space with a great bathroom. The homes had everything we needed with well-stocked kitchens and ample refrigeration and kitchen space. Jay was an excellent host and communicator. We would love to return in the future!

Another wonderful stay

This was our second time staying here and we had a great time. The house is out of the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street but close enough for you to walk or bike. Every bedroom has a bathroom which is really great. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

A Wonderful Week in Provincetown

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Its location in the quieter West End and its proximity to Herring Cove Beach made it a winner. The house is spacious and welcoming. Jay was accessible to us throughout the week and even after we had left. A wonderful week in Ptown!

Charming P'town Home

We have rented many houses in Provincetown over the years, and this is one of our favorite homes. The home is spacious, well-furnished and decorated, great beds, excellent appliances, well-appointed kitchen, and well-performing wi-fi. We were a little worried that the location was a little too far on the West End, but with bicycles, everything is close. Jay was our point of contact throughout our stay, and he was a perfect host.

Great house in wonderful west end of Provincetown

Lovely spacious home with all the amenities in Herring Cove Village - just a few steps from the Moors. Quiet neighborhood a quick bike ride or a 10 minute walk from center of town. House is great with hot tub, large bedrooms and bathrooms and great view of bay from the rooftop deck.

This beautiful, luxurious and spacious home is heaven on earth

I’ll start off by saying, we honestly never wanted to leave. Staying in this luxurious, impeccable, super-comy and spacious home on the West End of town for 2 weeks has completely spoiled us. After 6 years of staying in the area, we have already planned our return here next Summer. As host, Shawn goes above and beyond, offering his inside tips of P’town, where to dine, what beaches to go to, etc. If anything came up Shawn, promptly helped us out with a smile. A kinder, sweeter man would be hard to find. We just adore him. Just stepping through the doorway, we were wowed by the vast amount of light, the easy flow of the rooms, not to mention the keen creative eye of Jay, who elegantly decorated the place with so many pieces from local artists. The kitchen is filled every top appliance, pot/pan, or tool a cook would ask for. Shawn did a fantastic job of stocking the cabinets and drawers. The island served as our breakfast, work area, build puzzles, play games, prep, eat dine space. We cooked several dinners and agreed that it was so much fun to sit around that beautiful island versus any formal dining table. The outside space is so peaceful and serene. The living room provided great relaxation and ease at the end of the evening as we nestled into the couch, eating Lewis’s ice cream and catching up on a few shows the large Smart TV. And aaahhhh, the bedrooms -- each one is so roomy, inviting, with comfy beds and an individual balcony. For us the top bedroom was total Nirvana. Nestled into the top of the house with plenty of storage space, we would read or relax out on the covered deck then hop into the tub and look at the stunning treed landscape. Late in the afternoon we’d go to the top deck to watch the sunset or gaze at the stars. The community is quiet and very friendly. We were surprised how much we would enjoy the Moors. We spent many a day, paddle boarding the Breakwaters, taking our floating chairs to rest in the gentle tide. At low tide, we loved hiking around the tidal flats with our dog, even spotting a fox or two! This amazing home is the perfect, luxurious get away, not far from the heart of Provincetown, yet steps to the National Seashore. If you’re thinking of treating yourself to a dream vacation in the Outer Cape, look no further than this stunning rental – with the most wonderful and attentive hosts ever, Shawn and Jay. Thank you both for making our two-week stay utterly unforgettable.

Perfect home for our vacation

The home is beautiful. In a nice quiet location but still close to the beaches, bike trails and center of town. Shawn is very responsive to any needs . Highly recommend!! I’m sure we will be back!

The perfect vacation home

We have been renting in Provincetown for 7 years and this is by far the best experience we have had. The house is perfect in every way one can imagine. It has a big spacious first floor that includes a gourmet kitchen, dining area and family room that was perfect for our family of 6. The bedrooms are big and beautifully decorated. The art work in the home was amazing. Each of the rooms was tastefully decorated and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The balconies overlook the picturesque neighborhood and the views from the roof deck were breathtaking. You can see the ocean while having drinks and it was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Shawn was the best host we have worked with. He was very responsive to all of our texts and calls. The home was equipped with everything you could want or need on vacation. Shawn went above and beyond, from helping us find the best dinner plans to helping us when our French bulldog hurt his paw on our second day there. He felt like a friend or family member by the end of our week-long vacation. We also befriended many of the neighbors who were happy to tell us the best hikes and beach spots. We are so grateful to have found this gem among the many options in Provincetown and we booked our trip for next year before we even left! If you are looking for a luxury rental that feels like a home and comes with the best host in town, you need to try this one! You will never rent a different property again!
