Very convenient to stores, restaurants, beaches, biking, parks and trails. We loved this location and the house was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was fabulous and the lanai was perfect, we enjoyed most evenings outside. Great for families or couples, I highly recommend. The Butterfly House in Gulf Gate Estates is the perfect community for your stay.

Great location

This home is a perfect location for restaurants, shopping, and most importantly close enough to Siesta Key beach. It's about a 10 minute drive to the beach.Rick and Sandra were always available and able to help whenever we contacted them with issue.The butterfly house was clean and we really enjoyed the lanai and pool area.
